這次與家人是自駕遊方式遊覽, 事前有與酒店聯絡留車位 (酒店專用車位距離酒店約5-8分鐘路程, 收費為12 Euro )
酒店是古蹟建築物, 整個很有特式而且非常整潔。
這次預訂的是高級雙人房, 入住在主樓1樓的房, 房間和浴室都很大,有兩張單人床而且沙發休息區, 景觀是對面的街景。床褥是整個行程最舒適的床褥。
房間是門使用傳統的鎖, 鎖匙配有一個巨大而沉重並刻有酒店名字的鎖匙扣, 非常有特式。
比較遺憾的是入住時我們分開了一半人去泊車, 一半人check-in, 女職員說要人齊才可以check-in兩間房, 只有一半人只可以取一間房。而職員態度有少許差別對待, 對待我們和會說德文的住客是兩個態度,不過職員最後都有幫助我們成功入住和講解必要的事項。 而最後兩間房雖然在同層, 但距離有點遠, 不過沒有太影響整個入住體驗, 仍然是很推薦這所酒店。第二天早上酒店有其他熱情親切打招呼的職員, 酒店的配套亦很好,性價比都很高

O hotel é maravilhoso! Parece que você está num castelo antigo…. Os funcionários foram receptivos, o quarto era muito limpo, banheiro grande! O café da manhã um espetáculo, no salão em frente ao café tem uma área externa linda!
Apenas o bar da cerveja que enquanto estávamos lá a não vi funcionando. A localização perfeita tbm, na principal rua.

I chose the hotel for its central location, but the room was spectacular. It was super clean and classy. The sheets looked ironed. We had large windows with a view of the terrace and countryside. The only negative for me was that it was right next door to Kathe Wolfahrt’s Christmas Shop and my wife took full advantage. In the evening we had drinks and dessert at the hotel. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel was in a great place so close to everything and parking was not a problem outside the walls. Shower was not great but definitely doable. Room and bed make up for this. Bathroom was great size. No kettle in room but thermos was offered and fine for a tea. Definitely would stay again.

The room was great! Clean and centrally located right by the center of town. If you drive, look up where to park outside the walls, unless you are fortunate to get one of the onsite parking areas. It’s not a bad walk from the city walls, though. I highly recommend the hotel!

One important concern we would like to mention is that the door to our bedroom was very low. My husband, who is 6’3”, hit his head more than once and was actually hurt, including his neck. This felt like a genuine safety issue rather than just an inconvenience. We would strongly recommend that the hotel consider addressing this—whether by modifying the doorway or clearly warning guests so other guests don’t run in the same problem literally.
With that said…We had a lovely stay at Hotel Eisenhut. The property is absolutely gorgeous—full of charm, character, and that perfect quaint, historic feel that makes Rothenburg so special. Everything felt beautifully maintained and inviting.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was excellent—truly a highlight of our visit. Breakfast was just as wonderful, with a great selection and a cozy atmosphere to start the day.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beauty and hospitality of the hotel. With this improvement, it would be an even more exceptional experience.
