It was definitely our most wonderful experience in Peru. The free airport pick up service, friendly staff, live music show, clean and spacial room(they upgraded our room for free!
What surprises me the most was the hot water bag hidden in our quilt. How thoughtful is that! 100/100 recommend especially considering the cheap price!! Would def come back next time.

Check in以及派車到機場的速度很快、櫃台也非常親切，房間空間很大、飯店大廳舒適有提供茶水、浴室明亮清潔；不過房間內的暖器是手動要自己開，要過一陣子才會暖和，天氣冷要注意一下。附近非常好逛，離中樣市場走路2-3分鐘，還有一家很大的超市。走到兵器廣場約5-10分鐘，路途上也很熱鬧。

酒店本身的硬件和軟件令人滿意，但可能是位處舊區關係，區域性水電網絡老舊，我在入住的3晚裏，1晚某時段整區停電，另1晚則某時段停水，雖然最後不久便恢復供電供水，但等待期間，總是不安。這些不足之處，絕非酒店本身可以處理。另外，網頁中的房間照片與現實略有差異，尤以房間面積大小，照片容易令人誤解。由於是歷史性的舊區，位置自然相方便，絕大部份市內景點可步行前往。附近生活機能充足，有洗衣店（一提酒店對面那家洗衣店老闆，當衣物洗淨後，會送至酒店來）和超市，可解決基本旅遊所需。

The Union Hotel was great! The hotel is one block away from San Pedro Market and San Pedro station as well as a 10 mins walk from the Plaza de Armas. Its a great place to be to in Cusco of you prefer to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the City. They also have a cute patio with events most days of the week. A plus is that you can order a car from the airport and back.
The rooms are cute and spacious. The beds pretty standard but not over the top. I didn't know I needed a rainfall shower but that was a nice surprise. Anyway stay here! The staff, including Juan, Abelina, and Daniella, are nice and very accommodating whether English or Spanish speaking 💜

We were here twice in a week (before and after Mach Picchu) and they made us feel like royalty! Jennifer was soooo helpful in every way and we couldn’t get enough of Kiki the alpaca. The entire staff was so attentive. The restaurant was wonderful for dinner as well! Thanks!

Excellent choice! The staff was so helpful and attentive! Jennifer at the front desk was great and you have to meet Kiki the alpaca who is resident in the courtyard. Highly recommend this beautiful property for a few days to enjoy Cusco!

Location was good, staff were friendly, place was somewhat clean, the yard was cozy and had a good vibe..but our room was so small and it was next to the stairs, so every time someone used the stairs, we would hear a loud noise which woke us up multiple times.

Quaintest little space with resident llama! Warm and easy welcome, great courtyard and super friendly staff. The restaurant and breakfast were fantastic and the bed and room were comfortable. We had a refrigerator and great water pressure in the shower!
Very quaint, well appointed, comfortable and friendly place that we would be happy to recommend to other travelers.
