"If a booking was cancelled by the client due to natural calamity such as typhoon resulting Caticlan and Kalibo flight cancellations or suspension of boat transfers to and from Boracay Island, there will be no refund but cancellation charge is waived and the affected tour date can be rebooked to a new tour date within 30 days subject to room availability. The rebooking is transferable and may be used by other people subject to client’s endorsement.
