房間比較舊之外，一切都很好，員工和善、早餐好吃、沙灘美，私人沙灘就可以就近浮潛看到許多魚跟海星，可是有看到許多遊客拿起海星在沙灘玩，沒有人阻止…覺得有點擔心。

The staff are attentive and nice. The quality of all restaurants is super. The room Is a bit old but the overall experience was excellent.

All around a great resort to chill and hang out. Just a short drive from the airport to this oasis. Services were impeccable, as expected, and just the most relaxing and calm atmosphere from beginning to the end. Lots of little pockets of space to chill and relax. We never had a problem with not being able to find a lounge chair or umbrella to sit under either by the pools or on the beach. Shout out to the staff at the beach rec shop… they were most pleasant. The restaurants at the resorts were all great, too. The restaurant staff were all super kind and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. It was not the newest or fanciest but homely and comfortable. The resort grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Also, the resort has the most handsome working dogs... too bad I was not allowed to pat them.

There are a lot of great-looking resort hotels along this strip of Mactan. This is the only one I’ve stayed at, and I’m afraid it’s spoiled me for the rest. The service was impeccable and the dining options were varied, delicious, and fairly reasonable. There are even balloon animals at breakfast buffet. My kids loved the the pools the most, but they also loved the Adventure Zone and my older daughter liked playing Minecraft in the E Zone. If your child is younger than 5, you need to be in the Adventure Zone to supervise though. There also seems to be babysitting available at the pool. I liked the spa, which includes a usage of a pool and saunas before treatments. There were also lots of free scheduled activities. We took advantage of morning yoga, bracelet making, and a swimming clinic. Unfortunately the waves were too tempestuous for paddle-boarding. The beach is very scenic and has plenty of seating and a bar where you can order food and drinks—there are QR does at every side table. The sea was beautiful and there are fish even close to shore, but the sand is grainy. We honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel at all, but if you want you can arrange for boating tours (snorkeling, fishing, diving) at Scotty’s near the beach and city tours and more extended boat trips near the gift shop.

Front desk staff & bell man wasn’t available upon checking out.despite I did an hr before check out time .

Everything about this hotel (beach, pools, grounds, spa, gym, rooms, food) was great, it was the staff that took it to the next level. The service at this resort is outstanding.

2回目の宿泊 オーシャンクラブラウンジを利用したがチェックイン，チェックアウト、色々できて便利。 チェックイン時に軽食（アルコールオッケーの時間帯だった）を早速堪能。 毎日リクエストしたカクテルを丁寧に作ってくれる。 お食事の量も味も満足。 ホテルの敷地内全てスタッフさんは皆笑顔で親切、感じが良い 快晴に恵まれ、パラセーリングやシュノーケリングも最高だった 海の中、ビーチ全てを美しく保っている努力は本当に素晴らしい またぜひ行きたいと思う

清潔な部屋を毎日準備してくださいました。依頼した事は多少時間が掛かるが丁寧に対応してくださいました。 築年数の影響してか設備は多少古さを感じます。 それを気にしなければ何も問題ありません。 ゆっくりと楽しい良い時間を過ごすことができます。
