My room was so small and I knew that it didn't have a window , but I didn't think it would be that small. I never felt any air conditioning.So I was always hot. The lights were difficult to navigate, so I left them off most of the time. It would have been nice to have a little coffee pot in the room. My TV wasn't working.They gave me another remote but I just gave up. Everyone was nice but I won't stay there again.

So this hotel was pretty decent. I will say that the guy at the front desk did not ask me for my id. I just gave him my name and he gave me a room. Maybe cause I am old and I was traveling with my adult daughter he could trust me? The room was pretty small. The funniest thing was the lighting in the room. You could chose from all sorts of colors. Kinda felt like this was geared to a different crowd than me. But that being said, for a budget hotel, I felt safe, was pretty centrally located. Neighborhood felt safe. Bed was pretty comfortable. Did not eat breakfast there, so have no idea if it was good. For a budget friendly hotel, it was fine. The multi colored lights were a crack up.

A good hotel in a great location. The hotel is simplistic, this is a no frills experience. The rooms are cleaned every four days but you can request new towels and additional toilet paper from reception. The rooms are small but the air conditioning works well which is needed in the summer heat wave. The property is modern but does show ware and tear. Some staff members were helpful but most were distant and appeared unenthusiastic. Breakfast is ok, it provides the minimum of juices, some fruits, hard boiled eggs, cheese, pastries, and coffee. The breakfast reflects the overall tone of the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the location.

Ich war es nicht gewohnt, dass ein Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt und ebenfalls so auch die Handtücher gewechselt werden, verstehe aber den Umweltaspekt dahinter und muss betonen, dass das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist, wenn doch mal Toilettenpapier ausgeht, das Handtuch frisch gewünscht wird oder ein Fresh up gemacht werden soll :) Frühstück völlig ausreichend, Lage perfekt für den ersten Besuch in der Stadt. Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Very convenient location. Staff were helpful, especially when there seemed to be a mix up between Expedia and the hotel, and the booking discrepancy was resolved quickly.
The hallways had flooring that made footsteps very audible in the rooms, no matter how quietly you tried to walk. On my last evening, my shower couldn’t reach hot temperatures, and the AC malfunctioned right afterward because it kept turning on and off on its own. This was all following the hiccough with my reservation, so I did feel a little resigned by that point with my stay at the hotel.

A bedroom without windows was a worry but the aircon was good and there was, in fact, an opaque glass panel that gave a good impression of a window. There is no kettle in the room but you can buy a cup of tea at reception if inclined. I can see the benefit of it being easier and cleaner for staff but it's another unexpected cost to add to having to pay £5 per night to chose a room rather than be allocated one that could be unsuitable. Apart from these negatives, the staff at reception and in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. The quality of the breakfast buffet was very good and frequently refreshed. I didn't think I'd like this hotel but it turned out very acceptable and convenient.

Very central hotel, staff were lovely and friendly. Very small room, stayed 4 nights and staff didn’t clean, they came to change the bedding once but left a note to say too many personal belongings on the bed (1 pair of pyjamas and a carrier bag).
