Very good services and good location. However, some facilities are relavtively old.

除了位置好 其他一无长处，早餐比青旅还差，房间比小旅馆还小！另外我长了见识了！五星级酒店居然还有一大半看不见阳光的房间，而且不到20平方！不到20平方的五星酒店啊！谁住谁知道！

Konum dışında her şey kötüydü. Otel mimari olarak çok güzel. Ancak eskimiş. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve kötüydü. Bardaklar temiz değildi

Déçue par un hôtel de cette catégorie, chambre relativement petite et lits étroits, personnel pas des plus agréables au check in, le flexible de la douche fuyait, nous étions sans ventilation naturelle et la ventilation sentait mauvais et aucun surclassement ou geste commercial proposé, c'est décevant Spa sans hammam en fonctionnement et ferme très tôt

Perfect location in the Old City and close to New Mosque and Spice Bazaar. It’s 120 year old building, so rooms are smaller but comfortable. Staff was responsive to needs.

The Hotel was remodeled. Nice building but the front desk staff have no customer service skills, they definitely need a lot of training. I was in room 113, the room had plumbing issues, one day the electricity turned off and the had to send someone to spend 30 minutes to fix it. The only staff member I think she went above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy is Salma.

Temizlik tam yapılmamıştı ve girişte 45 dakika bekletildik giriş saatimiz gelmesine rağmen. ve çıkış yaparken minibardan hiçbir şey kullanmamamıza rağmen ücret talep edildi biz kullanmadık diyince tamam diyip konu kapatıldı ve bu davranış hiç hoş değildi.

Yaklaşık 1 asırlık muhteşem bir mimari eserin otel olarak bu kadar kötü işletilmesini aklım almıyor, aslına uygun çok ciddi bir restorasyona ihtiyacı var, özellikle odalar çok pis yürüyünce toz kalkıyor bu yüzden mobilyalar hep tozlu, kokuyor, perdeler ve camlar çok kirli, kahvaltısı iyi değil. Ama her şeye rağmen çok güzel bir lokasyon.

Criminally under-maintained! Loads of potential but the property is very tired and in desperate need of modernisation. Pretty much everything is on its last legs, including the furniture, decor, lighting, bathrooms, showers…. Genuinely everything needs upgrading. Marked walls, broken windows sills, loose sockets, malfunctioning fridges, curtains a about to drop from rails, soap dispensers siliconed on the wall, shower heads not adjusting/spraying correctly, ripped carpets, sagging room chairs, broken curtain pegs, broken ironing board, bent cupboard doors, It was a 5 star once upon a time but looks like it was last decorated 30/40years ago. The hotel Company looks to be milking every last drop from this once great venue and are doing it shamelessly. Staff are professional, friendly but it’s quite obviously they are well versed and experts in apologising without any real power to do anything to rectify or compensate you for any of the issues. Plus points are the location as it’s exactly where you would want it to be to explore everything by foot. Other than that, unless they significantly improve the property, I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are much newer, 2/3star properties close by that are much cheaper and much newer.

Overall a very comfortable stay . Rooms are spacious however housekeeping is not great . Reception very polite and helpful

Hotel que já teve seu glamour no passado, 5 estrelas, hoje não mais do que 2, percebe sua riqueza da construção com muitos detalhes, mas fica a desejar na sua manutenção . 4 DIÁRIAS, TIVEMOS QUE TROCAR 3 APTOS, nesta estadia. Primeiro quarto, reservado com banheira e chuveiro, não tinha banheira, dia seguinte nos ofereceram um novo quarto com banheira, mas em a tampa do ralo, tínhamos usar a cueca para fechar a saída da água, primeiro andar para lado da rua, até 3 horas da manhã , pessoas conversando na rua, além do apto não ter blackout nas janelas, manutenção teve que vir instalar, ar condicionado não funciona neste período, apenas no verão, tivemos dormir janelas abertas, impossível a luz e barulhos. Quarta noite ofereceram outro apto sem banheira 5 andar, mas tinha blackout e o barulho por ser alto, era menor. Mas reforçando os 3 aptos oferecidos, nenhuma com cama King, conforme reserva todas com 2 camas de solteiras agregadas, infelizmente com apenas um cobertor de solteiro, todas as noite tivemos que solicitar um cobertor extra

The hotel is conveniently located to must-see attractions. Most local attractions were about 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is incredibly well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing......good food with the view from the top floor of the hotel. I totally enjoyed my stay there and look forward to being there again when I am in Istanbul.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was good but I have a recommendation that the food and beverage department can think about changing the options every day put something different for breakfast. The location of the hotel is by the Egyptian bazar and Mahmutpasa bazar and near the grand bazar. Location location location. Definitely this will be where I will be staying every time I visit Istanbul insha allah

This is an old hotel, with a need for refreshing. The bathroom was actually quite updated, with a great shower, but the room was tired. The room (suite) was stuffy and had a vague smoke smell. The lobby and public spaces were nice and the breakfast was plentiful.

The entry and location was the only good thing about the hotel. The breakfast food was not fresh , the seats were duty. The bathroom was molded and rooms very outdated. The furniture was old and all busted Definitely not a 5 star hotel maybe a 1 star!
