Very good services and good location. However, some facilities are relavtively old.

除了位置好 其他一无长处，早餐比青旅还差，房间比小旅馆还小！另外我长了见识了！五星级酒店居然还有一大半看不见阳光的房间，而且不到20平方！不到20平方的五星酒店啊！谁住谁知道！

Fantastic atrium and reception area is beautiful and clean, but this does not reflect the rest of the hotel. The building is old and poorly maintained beyond the lobby. The swimming pool is tiny and freezing cold. Steam room out of service too. Our room was huge, but housekeeping was terrible, did not clean properly, bins not emptied, the bath drained slowly when showering and was never cleaned during our stay. Floors look like they have not been cleaned in years. 1 day we returned to find the hand soap had been spilled all over the bathroom counter and sink and had just been left for us to clean up. Very convenient location comes with the compromise of being extremely noisy. Unfortunately the hotel has poor sound proofing from the outside and internally. The paved road means even a car rolling normally over it causes loud rumbling noises in our room. After the first night of terrible sleep we had to buy ear plugs and eye masks because the curtains did not fully cover the large windows. We actually felt like our bed was out on the street it was so noisy and bright. Breakfast was absolutely dreadful, we tried for 2 days and then went out for breakfast the remainder of the start. We have had better food at a budget hotel. Staff are friendly and welcoming, but everything you ask doesn't actually get resolved. It seems everything in Istanbul the response is "no problem", but you need to come back in the morning. Definitely not 5* once you leave the reception lobby area.

Katastrof hotell, inget underhåll de senaste 50 åren. Väldigt nedgånget, mögel i duschen, mörkt inga lampor, dåliga sängar. Trevlig personal, men boka inte detta ställe, det är verkligen inte 5-stjärnigt, snarare 2-stjärnigt..

Struttura in ottima posizione (dietro la Moschea Nuova). Pratica per raggiungere tutte le destinazioni sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Personale disponibile all'ascolto di qualsiasi esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Unica nota dolente la pulizia della camera non pienamente soddisfacente.

Das Bett war bei der Ankunft kaputt und bei einer Nachfrage ein Zimmer zu bekommen wo das Bett nicht kaputt ist, wurde gesagt kein Problem. Nachdem wurde die Situation nach einem Tag wieder angesprochen und es wurde gesagt das sie leider nichts machen können. Sehr unhöflich und nicht hilfsbereit.

Great location. Great staff. Nabeel been very helpful. Hotel needs to be upgraded. Overall. It was my 2nd time at this hotel. Very comfortable. Also cars cannot drop you off directly outside the hotel be prepared to walk.

Overall, everything was pretty good, except for a few minor things. The location was very convenient.

Les chambres auraient besoin d'un sérieux coups de neuf. Le nettoyage laisse à désirer (serviettes tachées, moquette très sale durant tout le séjour). Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique à l'exception d'une femme très désagréable et hautaine. Si on aime pas les clients il faut faire un métier et non madame l'établissement est vieux n'est pas une réponse acceptable pour justifier les tâches sur la moquette.). En revanche le petit déjeuner est bien et le personnel au petit soin. L'emplacement est idéal en revanche.

Panne d’électricité récurrente on nous explique que c’est normal Pas de savon ou démaquillant pas de crayon pour écrire pas de papier Par rapport aux années précédentes on est plus du tout sur du 5* Le personnel reste chaleureux et investit mais la prestation baisse et je viens chaque année depuis plus de 10 ans

Zimmer war leider nicht sauber und würde nicht jeden Tag gereinigt und gesaugt. Staub überall wo das Auge reicht. Spiegel im Zimmer waren beim einchecken mit handabdrück von Vorgänge bis letzte Tag darauf. Badutensille waren nicht da. 5 sterne hotel hatte keine Kleiderbügel, keine duschcape, keine wattestäbchen, keine Lotion, nicht mal Bechern für Zahnbürsten. Die Wände im Bad waren verschmiert und verdreckt. Obwohl wir an den Rezeption gemeldet haben, eine Woche gab es keine Reaktion. Das Bett weich und sehr unangenehm. Einzige Vorteil dieses hotel ist die lange. Frühstück ist ok. Kann bisschen besser sein für den Preis. Personal sind nett aber zu sehr an arabischen Gäste orientiert.

Konum dışında her şey kötüydü. Otel mimari olarak çok güzel. Ancak eskimiş. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve kötüydü. Bardaklar temiz değildi

Déçue par un hôtel de cette catégorie, chambre relativement petite et lits étroits, personnel pas des plus agréables au check in, le flexible de la douche fuyait, nous étions sans ventilation naturelle et la ventilation sentait mauvais et aucun surclassement ou geste commercial proposé, c'est décevant Spa sans hammam en fonctionnement et ferme très tôt

Perfect location in the Old City and close to New Mosque and Spice Bazaar. It’s 120 year old building, so rooms are smaller but comfortable. Staff was responsive to needs.

The Hotel was remodeled. Nice building but the front desk staff have no customer service skills, they definitely need a lot of training. I was in room 113, the room had plumbing issues, one day the electricity turned off and the had to send someone to spend 30 minutes to fix it. The only staff member I think she went above and beyond to make sure that guests are happy is Salma.

Temizlik tam yapılmamıştı ve girişte 45 dakika bekletildik giriş saatimiz gelmesine rağmen. ve çıkış yaparken minibardan hiçbir şey kullanmamamıza rağmen ücret talep edildi biz kullanmadık diyince tamam diyip konu kapatıldı ve bu davranış hiç hoş değildi.
