Infants

• Must be at least 8 days old to fly
• Must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over
• One infant per adult only
• Infant must sit on adult’s lap with an infant seatbelt (unless a separate seat is purchased)

• Bassinets are not provided or permitted

Children

• Children aged 2 to 11 must occupy their own seat

Online check-in

Online check-in is available from 48 hours up to 1.5 hours before most flights. You can download your boarding pass or print it at home. Some airports may charge to print one at the counter, so plan ahead.

Scoot’s refund policy

Most Scoot fares are non-refundable unless you add CancelForAnyReason. Refunds (if eligible) are issued as Scoot travel vouchers, not cash, and must be requested at least 4 hours before departure and before check-in.

Reschedule policy

Standard fares are locked in. But if you’ve added ChangeYourFlight, you can move your flight without a change fee (fare differences still apply). You’ll need to do it 4+ hours before departure and before check-in. KrisFlyer Elite members also get one free date/time change per booking.
