Menorca Airport is the only airport on the Spanish island of Menorca, in the Balearic Islands. Compare flights and set a Price Alert with Traveloka before you book your Mediterranean getaway.
Opened in 1969 and fully renovated in 2008, MAH sits about 4.5km southwest of the capital, Mahón. It's a genuinely busy island airport — 4.17 million passengers passed through in 2024, making it Spain's 15th-busiest airport — though traffic is highly seasonal, peaking between June and September.
Menorca is primarily served by low-cost and charter carriers connecting the island to the UK and mainland Europe, with the bulk of services concentrated in the northern hemisphere summer.
MAH has a single passenger terminal across three floors: check-in, a bar and shops on the ground floor; security, immigration and all 16 gates (plus a bar-restaurant, shops and a kids' play area) on the first floor; and a small premium lounge on the top floor.
Bus line 10 runs direct to Mahón's town-centre bus station in 15–20 minutes, roughly every 30 minutes, for about €1.50 one way. Taxis wait outside the terminal, and several car rental desks operate on-site if you want to explore the rest of the island.
Given its size, MAH keeps things simple: a handful of shops and cafés, free Wi-Fi across the terminal, and car rental counters. Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility is available on request.
