Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful, even finding my Hilton Honors number for me since I didn't know it and it wasn't linked on the reservation. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Staff was friendly! Perfect for a weekend exploring Toronto. Did not try any of the food at the hotel. Parking was easy and I have a large SUV that fit in the underground ramp. Very close to everything. Rooms were plain, but served their purpose. We were only at the hotel to sleep and shower mostly.

I loved the hotel and the staff were amazing. I do feel like some updates would be great for the hotel, but overall it's a lovely property in a great, walkable area with tons of shopping and dining options. The best dining experience was dining in the hotel at Lai Wah Heen. The food, service and staff was incredible. It was the culinary experience of a life time and a MUST try.

Everything about the room was great, except... it was a very cold night, and the cold wind was blowing in below the wall mounted heat/ac unit. Very cold when getting out of bed on the window side.
