DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown

I had to go to a separate floor for ice so less and cleaning knocked on the door about an hour before check out so less 1 star. Staff was great and I had a separate room booked for a friend and they were super helpful getting it all set up. All in all as expected for a D Tree.

Room was clean and nice - but the welcoming staff on checkin, and then coming in out of the rain after the concert we walked back from the staff offered us a nice warm cookie and one extra for my son really left an impression for his first visit to the big city. We'll be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree. We were unable to check in early, but our bags were stored and we were texted when a room became available. The front desk agent was pleasant and friendly. The porter, Jing, was very friendly and helpful. Check in included delicious cookies! The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were wonderful. We found the bed to be very comfortable and clean. The hotel was busy but we felt appreciated. The entire staff seemed to love their job and this was reflected to the guests. We were able to avail of a late check out. The lobby was clean and large enough to accommodate guests waiting for check in, check out, or transportation. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!
