Stayed jan 17th 2026 19th floor , renovated room which was clean and had all we needed , coffe machine ,microwave , comfortable bed , tv , adequate bathroom . Restaurant / bar was good wings and beer saturday night buffet breakfast sunday morning which was good . Check in guy Ryan was real nice explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and area , even text an hour later to make sure all was good . The warm complimentary cookie at check in is to die for ! 15 minute walk from union station and 5 minutes to young and dundas square or Eaton centre, I would stay again ! If i had any complaint heater in the room vibrated or rattled when on which did wake me up . But I'm not complaining lol

For this price hotel should have continental breakfast, free wifi and free parking

Check-in and parking were smooth; the room was very clean; bathroom clean and offered all toiletries needed. 24th floor was quiet; buffet breakfast was really, really good. Check out was easy and smooth too! Great stay, thank you.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were amazing. The breakfast each day was great and the fitness centre/pool were awesome as well.

The staff here is fabulous!

Staff were extremely nice! I also liked the security measures this hotel has in place. You must use your keycard to enter the hotel at night and need to scan it in order to use the elevator. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I’m in Toronto!
