Bartender was very good, recognized us whenever we came in. (3 times) Only 30 min leisurely walk to Rogers centre. Staff helped with transit advice. Great time, great stay.

The property was convenient to train station and lots of dining. Right by the square. Great location. The room was clean and the beds super comfortable. Our AC/Heater worked great, the water pressure was great, and we appreciated the amenities such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, etc. Room felt fresh and clean, property was great, staff was friendly and greeted us with the signature warm cookies. Great stay.

The front desk and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel was lovely and our stay was quiet. Breakfast was a full buffet. I would definitely return.

From the moment we checked in until we left the premises, the staff couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. The housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating. They greeted us when passing by them in the hall and were attentive to our requests for additional towels and water. The location was great! We had amazing weather during our stay and were a few blocks away from the hop-on/hop-off tour bus. The area is very safe and walked almost everywhere, but used Uber a couple of times until we got familiar with the area. When we checked in the concierge arranged for a driver to take our party of 6 and our luggage to the airport. Since our flight was in the evening, we stored our luggage with the concierge until the driver arrived. Highly recommend!!!

The Service from the STAFF was Exceptional

Excellent location but the property is dated. Fixtures are old and there is a large gap at the bottom of the room door so you can hear the elevators despite being down the hall. Sheets were old and had marks.

The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. There were no disturbing noises at night. Breakfast was expensive but the Jump Start bowl of oatmeal for $14 was worth it with the additional fruit and nuts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate that the breakfast area was not open for dining in the evening. The high bar stools were not comfortable options in the Bistro, especially for a leisurely dinner.

It's an old hotel. Not bad if you need to stay for a couple of nights.
