DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown

We had a wonderful stay at the Doubletree. We were unable to check in early, but our bags were stored and we were texted when a room became available. The front desk agent was pleasant and friendly. The porter, Jing, was very friendly and helpful. Check in included delicious cookies! The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were wonderful. We found the bed to be very comfortable and clean. The hotel was busy but we felt appreciated. The entire staff seemed to love their job and this was reflected to the guests. We were able to avail of a late check out. The lobby was clean and large enough to accommodate guests waiting for check in, check out, or transportation. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

I had a quick business trip to Toronto during which I stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton. My check-in was seamless, the gentleman who checked me in was excellent and the warm cookie provided was a nice treat. The room was great too. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ruhig. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt an den Fahrstühlen, die hat man gehört, aber nicht sehr laut. Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt.

地理位置优越，步行即可到达登打士广场和附近许多不错的餐厅。酒店员工非常友好热情。非常感谢荆先生在我们入住期间提供的帮助。他帮我们搬行李，还帮我们预订了去机场的车。房间一尘不染，空间宽敞，可以放下我们的行李。我一定会再来，也会推荐给来多伦多旅游的朋友！
