Jerit kepada Encik Jing kerana sangat membantu sepanjang penginapan kami. Dia membantu kami dengan bagasi kami dan menempah kereta kami ke lapangan terbang. Really nice hotel at a great location, convenient to site visiting, shopping, etc. Only complaint I have is that my room wifi is on and off all the time, I have asked front desk staff who said the engineer will check it, unfortunately nothing changed, it is still on and off for our remaining stay.

The hotel's staff were accommodating and professional. The safe in room 2610 was unattached and could be removed from the property quite easily; which was a cause for concern. We have stayed at the property several times and have always enjoyed the experience

The waiting time to get the elevator is insane. If you want to get up to your floor (mine was 21) you go for a 10 minutes ride. Every time someone calls the elevator down, the elevator stops and gets down. It picks up the people and it goes down. Then you press your floor again. On the way up, the elevator stops again for people who goes down to the main floor. It’s absolutely insane. The room had a stale smell, and we couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air in. The bed looked made by me, not a professional hotel staff. I stayed at Double Tree and Hilton before, and I was always impressed. This hotel is something else…

Overall was a good stay. Their system was down for about an hour and a half so that caused some inconvenience. Very nice staff and would stay here again if necessary!

For the amount of money I spent to stay here, I thought it would mean world-class service. I was so wrong. There were cracks in the headboard of both beds. A plank of wood was sticking out from between the mattress and base. It was embarrassing. I had neck pain every time I woke up. Easily the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I tried to check out early so I can go to another hotel. I checked out at 8AM the day before I was set to check out and I asked for a refund for that last day. They said no. This place is a joke. If I ever come back to Toronto, I hope it’s at a place much better than this.

Lobby staff, the concierge and housekeeping were awesome. Helpful, accommodating and sorted out our needs easily. Our room was small for three with luggage etc so keep that in mind. Three of us with two double beds was pretty tight for room. Ok location. In house restaurant sees expensive but some good Asian and supermarket around.
