We were able to walk to Roger Centre and enroute enjoy some great cuisine. Also so close to Eaton Centre to do some quick great shopping.

Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Lobby staff, the concierge and housekeeping were awesome. Helpful, accommodating and sorted out our needs easily. Our room was small for three with luggage etc so keep that in mind. Three of us with two double beds was pretty tight for room. Ok location. In house restaurant sees expensive but some good Asian and supermarket around.

We had an air-conditioning debacle, and the fan they eventually gave us didn't work, but they fixed it after one annoying night. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was very good, as was the restaurant (breakfast and dinner), and the staff was friendly. Convenient central location at a fair price.

La chambre était parfaite pour 2 nuits, le check in rapide et efficace, la personne de la réception très agréable et accueillante, le parking pratique 45$ la nuit, un restaurant dans l'hôtel mais pas testé, l'hôtel est très bien situé, proche du métro et des rues animées, Dundas, Queen... Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le seul point négatif le bruit horrible de la clim qui se déclenche et tourne pendant 10min toutes les heures la nuit.

We chose the location for proximity to city hall for a court house wedding. Beds were comfortable.the check in cookies were a delight❤️. I did not bring a wrap to travel to and from the hotel pool.the Easton center was within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay

They overcharged me multiple times and they refunded the stay and made me pay a second time when I have not received my refund yet. Very disappointed because I heard good things about double tree hotels.

Room was clean , comfortable Pillows best ever! Staff were above and beyond. Only issue was the air conditioning , it sounded like a tractor my Iwatch told me I was close to loud machinery and to move away! So we had to have it switched off and as the temp was in the high 20s it was uncomfortable to say the least . I feel like I am doing the hotel an injustice as it was clean comfy and the staff were awesome. It was central and really good value.
