Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Loved the cookie on arrival, check in was seamless. The property is within walking distance to many of the attractions we visited. I liked receiving a text message with tips on the mass transit system

The staff was absolutely exceptional. The personable front desk man and the concierge were amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the room immaculate. We will only stay at this hotel next time in Toronto! Those cookes such a great added touch

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Henry was especially helpful. He checked in on me and made sure everything was perfect. The entire experience was seamless, from entry to exit, and I even received a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The downtown location was ideal and close to everything. No issues at all. I will definitely be returning.

Staff was very courteous, facility was clean, and we look forward to staying at DoubleTree again soon. A few feedback notes: the much appreciated front desk cookies were dry and overheated, the shower faucet diverter in room 411 wasn't pulling completely, and the Hemisphere servers were wonderfully pleasant and quick to help, however, I believe more server training would go a long way as I was bounced between tables.

Staff was friendly! Perfect for a weekend exploring Toronto. Did not try any of the food at the hotel. Parking was easy and I have a large SUV that fit in the underground ramp. Very close to everything. Rooms were plain, but served their purpose. We were only at the hotel to sleep and shower mostly.
