Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Room and property extremely clean, stayed for a 2 day solo trip after a work conference. Perfect area to walk about 25 mins to the main city sights. Near by many many restaurants. Overall, city feels safe and clean.

A great hotel if you want to be near a bunch of amenities! Close to the current and old city halls and about a 23 minute walk to Scotiabank arena and the Toronto Eaton centre is close by! The breakfast was top notch!

Totally overpriced for what we got.
Ridiculous $45 for parking. So many signs in the underground that we actually got lost.
Didn’t do the $32 breakfast
Towel bar and toilet paper roll were both falling off wall in the room
Couldn’t turn on or off the heat/air. Controls didn’t work.
Scratchy towels
One cream for coffee in room.
Never again for that price.

I’m very pleased with the front desk staff hospitality, especially Henry who was very friendly, approachable, and thoughtful.
The location was pleasantly situated where we needed to be. Parking was very convenient.
I did find stains on the linens which I’m sure it was an oversight by the housekeeping team.
Overall I am satisfied with my stay experience and would return another time.
