위치가 좋았고, 던다스 스퀘어까지 걸어갈 수 있었고 근처에 좋은 레스토랑도 많았습니다. 호텔 직원들은 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 숙박하는 동안 많은 도움을 주신 징 씨에게 감사드립니다. 짐을 옮기는 것도 도와주셨고, 공항까지 차를 예약해 주셨습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 짐을 넣기에도 아주 넓었습니다. 토론토를 방문하는 친구들에게 꼭 다시 방문하고 추천할 것입니다!

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Henry was especially helpful. He checked in on me and made sure everything was perfect. The entire experience was seamless, from entry to exit, and I even received a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The downtown location was ideal and close to everything. No issues at all. I will definitely be returning.

Staff was friendly! Perfect for a weekend exploring Toronto. Did not try any of the food at the hotel. Parking was easy and I have a large SUV that fit in the underground ramp. Very close to everything. Rooms were plain, but served their purpose. We were only at the hotel to sleep and shower mostly.

Room was clean and the cleaning lady came almost everyday to restock and organize, she was super nice too! I had contacted the staff of the hotel beforehand to ask if I could check in early and they said yes but when I arrived I guess I was deeme

Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful, even finding my Hilton Honors number for me since I didn't know it and it wasn't linked on the reservation. The room was comfortable and quiet.
