I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean and modern to me, looked like recently rennovated. The lobby was clean and has a breakfast lounge. I didn't get to see the breakfast because my flight was too early. The staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to. The shuttle driver's phone wasn't working and the manager was quick on solving the problem. The shuttle was ontime to drive the guests even early morning. Very convenient. Good value staying at this hotel.

The hotel and staff were great. However the shuttle service to and from airport not so great. It’s advertised 24hour service call when u clear customs. However they have times they follow. We waited 50min for the shuttle after we had called. Advertise this it’s that simple.

We booked though Travelocity. Tired on arrival we did not check the shower, that consequently has not been working for sometime. The expectation is that one gets a working shower when reserving a room. I have video of the handle spinning around not engaging the shower. Unfortunately we discovered this as we were preparing to catch a flight at Pearson in the am. On check out the front desk argued that because we booked thru a 3rd company there would be no compensation; for a room that should not have been assigned, DO BETTER QUALITY INN! Do hotels regularly assign 3rd party guests their worst rooms? Sadly we paid the higher amt of the posted room fees!

We went on Hotels.com got a family suite and when we got there, they had us down for a regular room with two beds. I showed them my stuff on emails and they would not give us the family suite we paid $209 and it should've been 140 for that type of room. The breakfast should be earlier in the morning because people takeoff early when they have to fly out, we could not have breakfast because it started at seven and we had to leave at six so there was nothing there for us to have was not happy will not go back to this hotel

Do not stay at this hotel I’m not a person who writes reviews, but I had to concerning my time at this particular hotel. I landed at the airport late in the evening and called the shuttle bus, my call was never answered. I called the front desk. They said they’d call me back in five minutes and then I had to call them back in half an hour. I waited at least 40 minutes for the shuttle and then ended up taking a taxi that cost me a $44 because they have a flat rate fee by the airport. This is not exactly close to the airport. It is 15 to 20 minutes. Not very convenient. When I arrived, my room was ice cold. It appeared that the heat had not been on for several days. When I told the person at the front desk my concerns they just said send an email. Here’s the email address no explanation, or apology for the inconvenience. This is a very, very, very basic hotel. You get what you pay for. Next time I’ll be smart and pay a little extra for the convenience and respect.

Overall not a bad experience you get what you pay for there was a big snow storm the night before of course all the parking lots and the whole area of the GTA were packed and messy with cold slush n snow the staff was very friendly you can see there's a lot of Renovations going on at the hotel overall I would recommend it for a traveler I was just there to stay overnight for a flight out the next day at Pearson for the price I'm not disappointed at all over
