The attendant at check in was friendly and efficient which make our check in a breeze. The room we had was clean and the beds were comfy with lots of pillows, which my boys enjoyed for their pillow fight. The breakfasfts offered was good and hot and the verynlocely woman there helping out clearing the tables and making sure everything was clean and food tipped up was a joy to interact with. Would definitely stay here again before our flight, as it was great with the shuttle to the airport.

After checking into the hotel, the temperature was noticeably cold. So I plugged in the heater/AC unit to turn up the heat. After a few minutes there was a foul smell. Only to notice that the outlet was on fire! There was sparks and a small flame and the fire alarm went off shortly after. We evacuated the room and went to the front desk to alert staff. The staff members at the desk seemed unboerherd, checked us into a new room and then proceeded to go up to the room without a fire extinguisher (it should be noted I was in bare feet and with all out bags as I figured a fire was an emergency) The next day they said they could possibly comp our room or offer some money back but never heard back. Overall the hotel was fine but the experience at 2:00am was not enjoyable.

Room doors don't self close (fire code violation), toilet doesn't flush, tv doesn't work, bedside clock doesn't work, carpets stained, etc. If we'd been planning on staying for any longer than a 5 hour nap between flights we would have left immediately.
