Everything was fine. Required Credit card at check-in was awkward as I don’t carry a card and pay with my watch. The clerk was reasonable about it and eventually waived the requirement. I had prepaid the room.

All around a good experience! The staff is very professional and friendly. For the breakfast, that was not so good eggs cold and no hashbrouns or similar. A little bleak!

Very dirty. The hallway clearly hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Garbage left in the hallways when I left in the morning, was still there when I returned 15 hours later. The temperature in the room when I walked in was about 40 degrees Celsius because the staff had cranked the heater to max temp and max fan. Not much parking, even less with the snow. Cars and trucks were double parked all over. And you can only enter/exit the hotel via the lobby in the middle of the building, their stairwells are alarmed so you can't exit, even though your room is at the end of the hall, and your car is right near the door. The hotel room doors are very thin, very thin and not sealed in any way. Every sound in the hallway is heard which is very annoying when trying to sleep and people are coming and going at all hours of the night, as one would expect being near the airport.

The hotel itself was soooo dirty!!!! The corridor to our room was not cleaned everyday and trash was on the floor. Our room had an awful smell and we can smell cigarette smoke.

The shower wont drain. The phonendoesnt work to call gront desk. Called main number hold for 15 minutes and poor attitude towards situation. Only there from 830 to 11:15 pm Front desk said should have let them know shower not draining, like I didnt try to let them know. Bathrooms shower was dirty also. Poor appearance of hotel with towels and garbage down the hallways. Decided to find another hotel next door. When i went to discuss bill Manager not there, in tmrw. I went back the 2 following days to speak to Manager as they said too. But he is away on holiday. I shouldnt be charged for a whole day when I was only there 2.5 hrs to discover how poorly maintaned the hotel is. Plus had to move again. Highly doubt they will do the right thing based on the staffs response thus far

Well, there were no facecloths. That was Inconvenient for me as I use a facecloth every night and morning. I also understood that there was a 24 hr shuttle and it was more like 21-22 hrs. There is a gap between 3 and 6. The lighting by the bed was extremely dim as well. Breakfast was not available that early. There also was no body lotion or tissues.

The hotel was in poor condition: it was not clean, the building needs renovation, and the floors were dirty. The room also had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, I was charged a significant amount without my consent. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
