Room and breakfast were fine. The shuttle from airport was confusing as you need to be aware of the hotel’s address. I wasn’t and took the wrong shuttle to a different Quality Inn also near the airport.

El servicio de movilidad muy malo. Me dijeron que espere 45 minutos. Esperé y volví a llamar a los 35 aprox para ver como los identificaba y me dijeron de deberia esperar otros 45 minutos. Les dije que eso ya me habian dicho antes y que no me parecia y me colgaron. insisti y el operador de la movilidad me colgaba y colgaba. Llamé a recepción y me dijeron hablarian con el operador y al final con tantas llamadas y llamadas me recogieron una hora y media después de mi promera llamada. Me pareció tan pobre la atención y me sentí muy maltratada. Cuando ya pagaste y las horas pasan te sientes tan frustrada. Mas aún que solo iba a descansar una 4 horas. Le dije al señor que no tenia mucho tiempo de espera para mi siguiente vuelo. La sinceridad del tiempo debio ser desde la primera llama y asi no hacerme pasar un muy mal rato.

The shuttle from the airport was filthy. Stains on the fabrics and dirty throughout. Upon arrival there were mounds of cigarette bits to greet you and the ceiling of the carport is falling in. As we entered, we were greeted with the very strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes inside the lobby. We asked for a second floor room as one of our group has asthma and we’re told that there were no other rooms available in the hotel. We went to our room and on the other side of the hallway, 2!of the rooms looked like thy had been broken into having holes in the doors and locks and handle of one were missing. The carpets were filthy and there was laundry on the hall floors not to mention peeling wallpaper and water damage on the ceilings. Inside the room the furniture was filthy. We went to the desk again as the girl with asthma was having difficulty as the smell was terrible. We were given a room on the second floor. Apparently there was one available. The second floor was definitely better in terms of odour. A half hour into the room and the fire alarm went off. I peered into the hallway and saw one man coming quite quickly from the stairwell towards the rooms. No one actually left their rooms. We locked the door and soon after the alarm went off. It was now 3:30Am. To say a terrible experience was an understatement. We felt very unsafe and were relieved to leave in the morning. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the worst Steer clear of this hotel.

Staff, all very friendly. I arrived into Toronto after midnight and didn’t get to the hotel to check in until 1:35am. The front desk allowed me to have a late checkout the next day. Very grateful!

I stayed at Quality Inn & Suites - Toronto West previously and had no issues so decided to book again - on February 21, 2026, and this was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The first room we were given (second floor) reeked of marijuana. It was overwhelming and completely unacceptable for a non-smoking property. We were moved to another room on the main floor, only to discover it had an adjoining door to the next room. Although the door was locked, the guests in the adjoining room were actively smoking, and the smoke was coming directly into ours. When I reported it, the front desk clerk said he would “call them” — instead of physically going to the room to address the situation. Calling someone who is clearly smoking in a non-smoking building does absolutely nothing when we’re sitting there breathing it in. It did not resolve the issue at all. To make matters worse, there was no available parking. When we arrived, police were in the parking lot going through someone’s vehicle. After leaving briefly to grab food, we returned to see police searching another vehicle. This is not an environment I would consider safe or comfortable — especially for families. I contacted Expedia immediately requesting a refund so I could leave and book another hotel. Instead of immediate resolution, I was told the booking was non-refundable and that they would “try” to contact the hotel.

Very nice place

This is a motel style building in need of upgrading. Eg:wallpaper peeling , noise travels easily between rooms We didn’t avail of complimentary breakfast so cannot comment on that. Shuttle service to and from airport was perfect Vending machine in lobby was out of service so no access to bottled water Staff friendly Checking in was quick Had to change rooms due to ?construction/repairs in room above. Loud pounding noise noted from above

Decent breakfast, comfortable room and bed, quick shuttle service. Was exactly what we needed for a quick stay for a connecting flight the next day.

Check in went great, the rooms are older but clean. The transportation from the airport was not the greatest, the meeting point was not on the website and I called and the driver answered. I could not understand where he was telling us to meet him, his English was not great, and he was rushing us saying I'm leaving in 5 minutes so hurry, we had no idea where to go from the broken English.
