Quality Inn & Suites - Toronto West

We waited for 20min to have someone to do our check in. We had to change our room as we found cockroach on the bathtub. The staff are not friendly.

The staff in general were phenomenal. To top it all off, the breakfast was to die for. Better than anywhere I had stayed in Toronto.

Great Airport shuttle service and the front desk people showed good service.

I am not one to leave a negative pay, however I booked this stay based on the reviews and was sorely mislead. The hotel is only 2.5 km from the airport, however we waited for an hour for a shuttle, after we had to call to get picked up and bring hung up on 3 times. Once we got to the hotel, the whole hotel smelled like marijuana the while time we were there. The floors are coming apart, missing transitions and planks, and we had to change rooms 3 times! I am not picky as I understand I am booking at the lower end of the hotel scale, however the first room, the bed frame was broken, The second room- the bath tub foset was not just dropping, it was full it running and we could not get it to shut off! It sounded like someone was in the shower the whole time. Finally the this room was not broken and we could sleep. Finally, I made sure to find a place with breakfast, only to find out that the hours are later on the weekend and we had to leave to early to get to eat anyways! Overall, I am happy I didn't book this hotel for our return trip and will make sure it is not on my list for future visits!

Staff. From the shuttle drivets to the desk wete all great. The breakfast was good too.

Room clean. Sent message for ground floor room and did not get room. Otherwise good.

Staff was very nice, it was a good low cost, convenient location. Furnace was a bit loud, but otherwise everything was exactly as advertised.

Very good breakfast, hotel was clean but needs updates

The power bar was screwed into the wall through the body of the power bar. When we plugged in or charger, the lamps on the night stands flickered. The shuttle van was broke down, and they couldn't close the back of the replacement that was late arriving for us. I tried to be patient, but i was worried about missing my flight, and it made me very anxious. Although not the probldm of the staff, i would not stay here again. Ever.

General speaking, the condition is not well maintain and upkeep..staff are nice especially the front desk lady, and the breakfast bar lady..

The room was nice but the heating system was noisy. The breakfast provided was good and the breakfast area was well kept.

Waited 45 mins for the shuttle. No one answered the phone when we tried to call several times. When we arrived, the hallways were very very dirty and smelly. The morning breakfast looked good but we didn’t have time to try it.
