My grandson and I stayed at this location overnight prior to flying out very early the following morning. In our rush to get to the airport, my grandson left one of his electronic devices. This was not discovered until we had been at our location for several days. I called the site and was very fortunate to get Amy who immediately set out to locate it. She did within minutes and set it aside for pickup. We were so appreciative of this lovely girl. The gentleman who took my call the day before was not as accommodating, and we were not hopeful after that call. Thankfully, I called again! Many thanks to Amy. (Does it always take a woman to do the job well?)

After the first night of stay, we came back late in the night at 11.30 room that was not cleaned. No explanation given! The water in the bath tub drained too slow, complained to the front desk, never addressed! They show a don't care attitude. Breakfast area is too small for a hotel with so many rooms. The best thing about the hotel was free parking.

Older facility with modern room updates. We found the beds and bathroom comfortable and clean, but noted watermarks from roof leakage on the ceiling and moisture on the floor around the AC unit.

After a long day of traveling, I checked in late at night. After catching up with family and finishing some work, I got ready for bed. When I pulled back the bedding, I found light brown stains on the comforter, the mesh cover, and the fitted sheet. I couldn’t tell if the stains were coffee, makeup, or urine, but regardless, I was disgusted and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. I called the front desk. I understood housekeeping had gone home for the night, and I wasn’t expecting a room change or deep cleaning. I simply asked for clean sheets. Instead of apologizing, the front desk employee told me I should have inspected the room when I checked in three hours earlier. Rather than showing immediate empathy, he lectured me and acted as though the situation was my fault. So I asked him if he’d feel comfortable sleeping on stained sheets lol. He only brought one sheet, and when I asked for another to remake the bed, he became irritated and said there was a restriction on queen-size bed sheets. At that point, I asked for the manager’s contact information because I no longer wanted to be blamed for expecting clean bedding. I’m not a hotel inspector—I’m an exhausted traveler who paid over $100 for a clean room. Finding stained sheets was bad enough, but the dismissive customer service made the experience unacceptable. I won’t be staying here again. Management should replace stained bedding and provide better customer service training for front desk staff.

Quality Inn & Suites – Toronto West may be an older building and sits under a flight path, but you’d never know it — the rooms are surprisingly quiet, (1 was on first floor) and you don’t hear the jets overhead. The location is great, with several restaurants nearby that offer discounts to guests, plus car and motorcycle dealerships close by. It’s a safe area, easy to get around, and perfect for travelers who want convenience without the noise. The breakfast attendant deserves special mention — she worked tirelessly to keep everyone’s belly full and the breakfast area spotless. The free airport shuttle was another highlight, with a pleasant driver who made the ride smooth and stress‑free. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stop near the airport. The price is what made me choose ! Great Price Free Shuttle Free Breakfast
