極度非常之差。狗隻在床上。 前台服務極差 反觀旁邊的holiday inn 一流配套，天壤之別 The overall experience of this hotel is terrible, and as a gold member and a frequent travel, I can ensure you, I haven’t stayed in anything less than this hotel in the world even in India has better hotels within the price range. Besides this wasn’t cheap too! It is a terrible experience and the reception are two words in conclude: extremely unhelpful, two more words very terrible. Do yourself a favour, the next door hotel, holidy inn, way better!!!! Terrible this one, can stop browsing

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

It is supposed to be 100% smoke free but in hallway we got a strong smell of smoking weed in the room. When we reported to the two staffs in the check-in counter (July 25, 2026 around 7 pm) but they were not helpful at all. The guy said it is legal to smoke weed in here (Ontario, Canada) and nothing we can do about it. Why hotel posted “This hotel is 100% Smoke Free” sign if the staffs do not care to enforce?

Breakfast is good and practical. A good plus value. Is a reason I choose this hôtel. Room are quiet. Staff is great. EV charge work well.

Rooms are clean, good for a short stop-in type of stay.

After the first night of stay, we came back late in the night at 11.30 room that was not cleaned. No explanation given! The water in the bath tub drained too slow, complained to the front desk, never addressed! They show a don't care attitude. Breakfast area is too small for a hotel with so many rooms. The best thing about the hotel was free parking.

Room was very well maintained and cleaned. Service was fast and good. Close to the Airport and cost efficient as well.

Airport shuttle was useful. Breakfast was good, but repetitive. The staff was helpful. Room was a little small, but fine

Older facility with modern room updates. We found the beds and bathroom comfortable and clean, but noted watermarks from roof leakage on the ceiling and moisture on the floor around the AC unit.

I was charged 3 times for this and extremely frustrated.

Excellent place to stay, excellent breakfasts and the staff are very helpful. I would return anytime I have to go to Toronto

After a long day of traveling, I checked in late at night. After catching up with family and finishing some work, I got ready for bed. When I pulled back the bedding, I found light brown stains on the comforter, the mesh cover, and the fitted sheet. I couldn’t tell if the stains were coffee, makeup, or urine, but regardless, I was disgusted and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. I called the front desk. I understood housekeeping had gone home for the night, and I wasn’t expecting a room change or deep cleaning. I simply asked for clean sheets. Instead of apologizing, the front desk employee told me I should have inspected the room when I checked in three hours earlier. Rather than showing immediate empathy, he lectured me and acted as though the situation was my fault. So I asked him if he’d feel comfortable sleeping on stained sheets lol. He only brought one sheet, and when I asked for another to remake the bed, he became irritated and said there was a restriction on queen-size bed sheets. At that point, I asked for the manager’s contact information because I no longer wanted to be blamed for expecting clean bedding. I’m not a hotel inspector—I’m an exhausted traveler who paid over $100 for a clean room. Finding stained sheets was bad enough, but the dismissive customer service made the experience unacceptable. I won’t be staying here again. Management should replace stained bedding and provide better customer service training for front desk staff.
