Great

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

是一間較舊的機場附近酒店，有接駁機場小巴來回，價錢是較相宜，所以不要抱太多期望。酒店免費早餐是不錯，亦有免費泊車，性價比還可以，宜短暫停留轉機

Rooms were fair in cleanniess,plus switch was off the wall hanging there and walk in shower the spout was coming off the wall breakfast was good no house keeping during stay

Shuttle bus took a while to get to us and we had to change the terminal but overall happy about services

Stars – If I Could Give Zero or Even Minus, I Would I had a reservation at Quality Inn & Suites - Toronto West for February 19th, booked through Expedia. A few days before my trip, my father passed away. Because of this sudden and heartbreaking loss, there was absolutely no way I could travel. I was grieving and handling family matters, and simply was not in any mental or emotional state to take a flight. I reached out to both the hotel and Expedia explaining the situation and hoping for some level of understanding or compassion. I wasn’t even demanding a full refund—a partial refund, credit, or any kind of accommodation would have shown basic humanity. Instead, I was told nothing could be done. No help, no flexibility, and not even a simple message of sympathy. The response felt cold and dismissive despite the circumstances. This experience was extremely upsetting. When someone explains that a parent has just passed away, the least a company can do is show some empathy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If I could give this place zero stars—or even negative stars—I absolutely would. Because of how this was handled, I strongly advise people to think twice before booking here or using Expedia, especially if there’s any chance plans may change due to real-life emergencies. I am still calling on both the hotel and Expedia to rectify this situation and provide a refund, and until this is resolved I will continue sharing my experience so others are aware

Room was clean; breakfast was more than I expected!

The shuttle trip to the hotel was not great. The van was in poor shape (dirty, broken seat belts, etc.) The driver was not careful (threw bags, closed the door on a passenger’s leg, talked on his handheld phone while driving, tailgated, sped). The trip back to the airport was considerably better.

my only issue was with the shower ,the handle just spins but if you press it a bit you feel it catch,just means some of the teeth in the plastic handle are worn out and the tub drain did not seal , to me these are small issues but might not be for others , they have the best pillows

The shuttle to the airport was neither available when I arrived around midnight and when I needed to get my flight early. I had to pay 2 Ubers. I will never consider using in this hotel brand again

Les lieux sont désuets. La chambre était tout même propre.
