The attendant at check in was friendly and efficient which make our check in a breeze. The room we had was clean and the beds were comfy with lots of pillows, which my boys enjoyed for their pillow fight. The breakfasfts offered was good and hot and the verynlocely woman there helping out clearing the tables and making sure everything was clean and food tipped up was a joy to interact with. Would definitely stay here again before our flight, as it was great with the shuttle to the airport.

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in….
We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

Staff was not professional. The shuttle bus for airport pickup did not show up (I ended up paying for my Lyft). The cleaning lady tried to open my hotel room before I checked out...never Quality Inn again.

Rooms were redone. No carpet, large, clean walk-in shower. Comfortable king bed with many pillows. Sheets very comfortable, clean, fresh smell. Polite staff and accommodating. When checking in, front desk quickly changed my room when I reported something that needed to be fixed in the room I was given. Flexible staff in the am to alter shuttle schedule to ensure getting to airport on time as there were delays caused by an accident. Breakfast lady quickly provided me with cereal, yogurt and a muffin before opening time when I asked her. I had an early flight and had to leave. I gave a 4 rating because the entrance lobby/front desk doesn't give a 'wow' effect when walking in, resulting in an inferior first impression. However, walking into the re-done rooms, I was pleasantly surprised. Great price for a clean room. Slight downside is there's no restaurant.
