Great

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

Extremely disappointing experience. The property presents itself as a hotel but feels more like a roadside motel — at hotel-level pricing. The walls are paper-thin. We could hear everything from the adjacent room, including persistent, inappropriate disturbances over two nights. There was constant traffic in and out of the room next door, which made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. It very much felt like the room next door was being used for purposes other than accommodation. I would not recommend staying here.

Had a strong cleaning chemical smell when we came in which was a little off putting. Faded though. Wasn't too bad of a room the breakfast is decent. Over all it's an ok budget friendly place to stay. Only real issues are the planes going right overhead if that's going to bother you and the biggest thing for me was the beds weren't the most comfortable (they were ok, firm) and the pillows were absolutely terrible and I couldn't get comfortable and couldn't sleep because of it. I'm not exaggerating at all it was like resting my head on soft rocks. Never experienced anything like it. Normally we stay in higher end hotels though.

The hallways were filled with full garbage bags, the hotel was very dated, but the rooms were clean.

Nice clean room for a nights stay before a morning flight. Shuttle service was great. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms were very won. Breakfast was all processed food

The room was dirty. Stains on the walls, on the lamp shade. The tv remote didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. The shower head didn’t work properly. The fridge was very wobbly/leg was broken.

Clean room and modernized.

A multitude of problems with the room: - Curtains couldn’t be fully closed, bright prkg lot lights shone in all night. - toilet didn’t flush easily… called front desk, they said they’d send someone. Nobody came. (it was also quite small, low to ground - like a kiddie toilet… I’m 6’4”, 200 lbs, late 60’s - quite the challenge. -TV flickered often, sometimes cutting out 7-8 sec’s. Remote control didn’t work at all. - Pillows were lumpy, seemed old, tired. Only nice surprise, newly renovated walk-in shower. Spacious, functioned well. Breakfast was pleasant, good variety… a better tasting coffee would go a long way. You’d have to make considerable improvements for me to consider another Quality Inn stay. A D G

Everything was Great

The couch / hide a bed needs to be replaced, the shower drain was clogged with hair and the room phone was not working

This place is the biggest dive that Florida has to offer. The rack for your clothing falling off the wall. There is no water flow on the sink for hot water. I complained about it they came and looked at it said there's nothing they can do with it at this time. The carpet has not been vacuumed for probably over a month. The room smells really really bad. The toilet keeps clogging the water flow is so slow. They give you two towels for your room that's supposed to last you for the week. My bed sheets were dirty I had to sleep on top of the sheets because the office closes at 5:00. And i didn't see this till we went to bed.The free breakfast in the morning is non-existent even though it advertised free breakfast. The pool is there it's full but not been opened yet. They say they have to shock the water and it hasn't opened. I do not recommend this dive to anyone on any kind of a budget..

Courteous staff. Room was spacious and clean

Cleanliness and the hotel was in rough shape overall. Staff were great and cheerful.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and the price is reasonable with breakfast
