Everything was great! We decided to stay one more night. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean, the room had a work table, and a tv we enjoyed. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Plus free Breakfast and airport shuttle were an amazing addition :) We also utilized the lobby work station after checkout until we left.

Nice & cozy hotel near YYZ

Good

Broken furniture, dirty floors, cobwebs, no soundproofing - you can hear many guests down the hall. There were ants in the bathroom.

More so outdated and older looking.

Good hotel to sleep Excellent breakfast

Wifi and netflix did not work informed staff nothing was done. No need to use room key to enter building including back doors , wide open to the public. Bathrooms remain cold .

It’s a decent cheap hotel. Never felt unsafe, but it was in poor condition. Lobby reeked of weed. Updates to the room looked incomplete and hot water ran out in just a few minutes. Shuttle took over an hour to get me at the airport. Try somewhere closer to downtown if you’re going to Toronto.

Staff never responded for any thing I asked. no cleaning for room. They not supplied any stuff like shampoo, soap when its finished even I asking them many times. Bad hotel never advance any one to try it

It was good for the price. Needs better tv selection

On the first night, the room was filled with strong cannabis smell which affected our sleep. The lock did not work properly and was practically falling off the door. There was mold in the shower, there was dry blood on the bedsheets which was unnerving for us. We had an event to attend in the following day which we left at 9:00AM. Upon to our arrival around 8:00PM, the room remained untouched. Both the beds and room were not attended to. We expressed our concerns to the management who moved us into another room, which was kind of them. However, in the new room, the screws of the door's hatchlock was practically falling off. It did not give us any sense of security during our stay. The facilitates did not look that great. We found used condom near the hotel's main entrance. A little effort to clean the premises would go a long way.

Solid deal for a lower cost hotel close to the airport. There was a small but sufficient exercise room and the breakfast buffet was good. Staff were excellent!

I got bitten by many bugs in the sheets. My arms all red and swollen. Dows not feel pleasant.

It wasn’t money’s worth

We should have gotten a shuttle from the Toronto Airport and all we got when we called was elevator music. After a long time waiting and calling, I ended up spending $45 on a taxi! They were unwilling to cover this expense

Overall the staff and property was great, the breakfast was okay just the same each morning but overall it was okay

Its was not clean at all

The receptionist has no sense of gesture and welcoming guest. They just behave like they are doing just their job. This was the first hotel I've seen in my life where water bottles are not given in the room. You have to buy the water as well. The breakfast is low quality. There is no room phone functioning so you have to call reception by your phone each time to get something. Overall, this place shouldn't be eligible to call as a hotel officially.
