Great

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in…. We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

Will not come again

是一間較舊的機場附近酒店，有接駁機場小巴來回，價錢是較相宜，所以不要抱太多期望。酒店免費早餐是不錯，亦有免費泊車，性價比還可以，宜短暫停留轉機

Parking was safe and easy

Neglected room. The heating fan sounds like it was trying to take off down a runway.

Clean room

The hotel needs a tlc we got there on Friday and they gave us our room. We went out to a funeral and came back after 9pm our keys were not working. We went to the reception and they informed us at that moment that they made a mistake gave us the wrong room. They took all our belongings and brought it downstairs to the reception with out advising. They should have advised us with a phone call or email before going into the room and moving our stuff. Lack of professionalism. No one should be allowed to touch our stuff without our consent. Especially when it was the hotel who made the mistake.

Tired Old Worn Out Premises Front Desk Workers Wouldnt Even Ensure Common Areas Were Kept Tidy, Let Alone Clean...Typical Buisness Ran By Patriarchy and Cleaned by Matriarchy...But Only if On Shift

Room was great and the front desk lady was amazing so kind! I unfortunately did not get her name but she was blonde! Very polite got us a early Check in amazing

Room was fair. Perhaps mid-upgrade? Bathroom new, but not painted. The laminate flooring and bedding appeared new, Door and patio door in rough shape. Halls needed vacuuming. Sink had hair upon arrival. Cheap for airport hotel, glad to find a room after midnight. Staff was kind, offering late check out. Parking lot was full, no space. Breakfast was good.

It was ok

Somewhat rundown. Poor service at the reception… long waits, request for shuttle wasn’t booked, no one answers the phone, etc. The ground floor doors to the parking lot had no locks … just a steel rod. Mmmh, not safe. Their paperwork says breakfast at 6:30 but they moved it to 7. When our shuttle to the airport was at 6:45, one would think they’d let us grab a banana and a cup of coffee … but nooo. :( Did I mention that the hotel is right in the flight path? I would definitely NOT book here again.

The hotel was a bit rough inside but the bed was really comfortable, same with the pillows. And everything seemed to be decently clean enough. Just make sure you call ahead to book the shuttle time that you need. It runs every 45 minutes and unfortunately ours was already full early in the day. That's the whole reason we booked this hotel so it was a bit disappointing. Otherwise you get what pay for and it was OK :-)

Floor is dusty

I used the shower and back to airport: room clean and better than expected

breakfast was good. wifi did not work the whole time i was there. staff offered to help me connect by coming downstairs... i need a spine surgery so was not going to bother. the day i was leaving it worked for about 10 minutes. ill be staying at holiday inn next time since they have breakfast pool and wifi

The rooms were too old. You could smell weed while walking in hallways. There is a phone in the room but it’s not connected. Very bad.
