I stayed at the property a total of 7 days. When we initially checked in my room was booked as just a king and not a king suit booking online sometimes these things happen and it was explained and fixed and i was reimbursed for the inconvenience. I was very pleased! Afterwards not one single issue. The daily breakfast was amazing before leaving the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and made my vacation a very pleasant experience. The rooms were often cleaned every other day and even everyday if i request. There was a gym, laundry, ice machine, coffee machine , and iron all things which made my stay very pleasant and convenient. Many food places within reach we used the local transportation with an occasional uber and had no issues get to and from the hotel. Nearing the end of my stay I even asked to have one of my amazon packages collected because we were all about the town the receptionist all 4 I have met were all 5 stars loved them DOWNNNNN❤️. This reveiw may be chaotic its my first review but I just wanted to give this place its flowers I got my money’s worth for one week it was amazing

Check in was smooth. Same goes for checkout. Staff at the front desk were friendly.

My family stayed for 2 days before our flight. The airport shuttle was convenient and breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24/7. We had no complaints, it was a cheap, convenient, comfortable stay for my family.

The staff did not allow me to store my luggage for a few hours before I could check in. I just had one luggage and the staff said I could just put the luggage in the common area….so I carried the luggage with me for lunch and before I can check in….
We also saw a bug in the room. It’s also very noisy outside every night at around 4pm. Overall I would recommend paying a bit more to stay in other hotels

When I arrived they were renovating the room across the hall. I asked 2x if they would be done soon and if I could be moved . I was told no. There was furniture out in the hall in front of my door. I was very tired after a day of travel. Not happy at all

Old building,good in pictures,mold in shower,supposed to be non smoking,but people smoke weed horrible smells,very loco place,airplanes landing every two minutes and very loud noise imagine every two minutes,there was one orange chair I wish I could put the picture of it,completely stained we never sat on it

Staff was great and friendly upon check-in. However the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Blood stains on sheets, dirty walls in bathroom etc. I checked out 3 hours early because I could not stand to be in the room any longer.

Reseña honesta: de un Quality Inn, desayuno bien, habitación bien, el baño estaba sucio, el azulejo lleno de manchas negras. Cerca hay un Dennys, Mcdonalds, Subway y varios restaurantes.
