I called the hotel because it was called "the airport free shuttle," but they said the wrong thing about making a reservation and The car came an hour after requesting a shuttle, but the driver was unfriendly. After checking in, the air conditioner was running with water, so I took a video of it at the front and showed it to you, and there was no problem. Can I take responsibility for the electric shock accident? Even if I ask for a room change, it is not possible. The next day, at 7:00 a.m., they said they would check the air conditioner, but they did not come and had to stay with water on the floor. Even when checking out.

Room was not cleaned up. At night a coakroach crawled on the floor, I called a front desk to solve the matter. Nobody came for help, so I had to deal with the matter. When checking out, I reported that matter to a manager and the manager said the hotel takes into the matter and let me know the whole procedure and the results. Yet I didn't anything from the hotel.

다음날 출국을 위해 하루 머물렀습니다. 객실은 생각보다 크고 깔끔했습니다. 그리고 매우 친절했습니다. 물은 제공되지 않지만 1층 자판기에서 구매가 가능합니다. 욕실은 세월의 흔적이 있지만 사용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 조식 역시 깔끔하고 먹기 좋았습니다. 개인적으로 셔틀 운영이 아주 편리했습니다. 좋은 하룻밤이었습니다.

전체적으로 평균인 호텔 입니다 와이파이 속도, 공항과의 거리, 아침식사, 직원응대 등에는 아주 만족 스러웠습니다. 호텔 주변에 뭐가 하나도 없고 , 방에 청결도가 떨어지고, 외부와 통화는 큰 창의 보안 시설이 아주 아주 허접한것은 별로였네요. 가성비 호텔입니다

Awesome breakfast, staff is helpful and friendly. Clean room. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby, can be accessed 24/7. Will definitely return. Affordable rates

La chambre et les endroits communs ont été impeccables, déjeuners avait une bonne variété des produits fruits, lactées, céréales et oeufs brouillés tres bien cuits.

Room was very clean, no carpet, and staff were super polite. I will definitely stay here again

Its too noisy and the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors.

We waited for 20min to have someone to do our check in. We had to change our room as we found cockroach on the bathtub. The staff are not friendly.

The staff in general were phenomenal. To top it all off, the breakfast was to die for. Better than anywhere I had stayed in Toronto.

Staff was very helpful but hotel itself is dated

I am not one to leave a negative pay, however I booked this stay based on the reviews and was sorely mislead. The hotel is only 2.5 km from the airport, however we waited for an hour for a shuttle, after we had to call to get picked up and bring hung up on 3 times. Once we got to the hotel, the whole hotel smelled like marijuana the while time we were there. The floors are coming apart, missing transitions and planks, and we had to change rooms 3 times! I am not picky as I understand I am booking at the lower end of the hotel scale, however the first room, the bed frame was broken, The second room- the bath tub foset was not just dropping, it was full it running and we could not get it to shut off! It sounded like someone was in the shower the whole time. Finally the this room was not broken and we could sleep. Finally, I made sure to find a place with breakfast, only to find out that the hours are later on the weekend and we had to leave to early to get to eat anyways! Overall, I am happy I didn't book this hotel for our return trip and will make sure it is not on my list for future visits!

Everything was great

Staff. From the shuttle drivets to the desk wete all great. The breakfast was good too.
