We decided on this hotel because it had airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle was on time for both pick up and drop off however interior of this van was very neglected for all the stains on the seats . Please shampoo! Food was just ok . Would be nice to have bacon and omelettes served. Perhaps stir fried potatoes (hash browns) Our room was clean . Would be nice to have paper plates and cutlery as we had food to prepare in our room. Almost had to give up and find another hotel because no one was at the front desk. We arrived late due to a delayed flight (4:30 AM) but thought this would be fine as check in was listed as "anytime" and it is an airport hotel. We could not find anyone to assist us despite yelling, walking down the halls on the first level, and calling the hotel (no answer). As we were about to give up and leave, someone came out and said they were "checking on rooms" (at 4:30 AM??), offering no apology. Not very reassuring from a safety perspective, that no one is watching the front door or cameras in the middle of the night and anyone can just walk in and wander the hotel. The room itself was just fine, but had a pungent smell like men's cologne. The blackout blinds did not close all the way and the parking lot was very bright; I had to close it using hair clips. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being close to the airport and major highway, but the AC was quite noisy when it came on. No soap in the shower. The room was clean and recently renovated, although still showing signs of its more tired former self. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet as we opted to sleep due to our late arrival, however, we were disturbed by housekeeping who wanted to clean our room at 10:30 (check out is 11:00). Overall, the the room was almost the value you'd expect for the price. But I would not stay here again due to the pungent smell and the concerning lack of supervision at the front desk.

Stars – If I Could Give Zero or Even Minus, I Would I had a reservation at Quality Inn & Suites - Toronto West for February 19th, booked through Expedia. A few days before my trip, my father passed away. Because of this sudden and heartbreaking loss, there was absolutely no way I could travel. I was grieving and handling family matters, and simply was not in any mental or emotional state to take a flight. I reached out to both the hotel and Expedia explaining the situation and hoping for some level of understanding or compassion. I wasn’t even demanding a full refund—a partial refund, credit, or any kind of accommodation would have shown basic humanity. Instead, I was told nothing could be done. No help, no flexibility, and not even a simple message of sympathy. The response felt cold and dismissive despite the circumstances. This experience was extremely upsetting. When someone explains that a parent has just passed away, the least a company can do is show some empathy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If I could give this place zero stars—or even negative stars—I absolutely would. Because of how this was handled, I strongly advise people to think twice before booking here or using Expedia, especially if there’s any chance plans may change due to real-life emergencies. I am still calling on both the hotel and Expedia to rectify this situation and provide a refund, and until this is resolved I will continue sharing my experience so others are aware

The shuttle trip to the hotel was not great. The van was in poor shape (dirty, broken seat belts, etc.) The driver was not careful (threw bags, closed the door on a passenger’s leg, talked on his handheld phone while driving, tailgated, sped). The trip back to the airport was considerably better.

Almost had to give up and find another hotel because no one was at the front desk. We arrived late due to a delayed flight (4:30 AM) but thought this would be fine as check in was listed as "anytime" and it is an airport hotel. We could not find anyone to assist us despite yelling, walking down the halls on the first level, and calling the hotel (no answer). As we were about to give up and leave, someone came out and said they were "checking on rooms" (at 4:30 AM??), offering no apology. Not very reassuring from a safety perspective, that no one is watching the front door or cameras in the middle of the night and anyone can just walk in and wander the hotel. The room itself was just fine, but had a pungent smell like men's cologne. The blackout blinds did not close all the way and the parking lot was very bright; I had to close it using hair clips. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for being close to the airport and major highway, but the AC was quite noisy when it came on. No soap in the shower. The room was clean and recently renovated, although still showing signs of its more tired former self. We did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet as we opted to sleep due to our late arrival, however, we were disturbed by housekeeping who wanted to clean our room at 10:30 (check out is 11:00). Overall, the the room was almost the value you'd expect for the price. But I would not stay here again due to the pungent smell and the concerning lack of supervision at the front desk.

We decided on this hotel because it had airport shuttle and breakfast. Shuttle was on time for both pick up and drop off however interior of this van was very neglected for all the stains on the seats . Please shampoo! Food was just ok . Would be nice to have bacon and omelettes served. Perhaps stir fried potatoes (hash browns) Our room was clean . Would be nice to have paper plates and cutlery as we had food to prepare in our room. TV in room had the incorrect remote, they sent someone and never returned. Tissue in washroom was empty. Microwave and coffee machine not plugged in. Won’t be staying there again.

Stars – If I Could Give Zero or Even Minus, I Would I had a reservation at Quality Inn & Suites - Toronto West for February 19th, booked through Expedia. A few days before my trip, my father passed away. Because of this sudden and heartbreaking loss, there was absolutely no way I could travel. I was grieving and handling family matters, and simply was not in any mental or emotional state to take a flight. I reached out to both the hotel and Expedia explaining the situation and hoping for some level of understanding or compassion. I wasn’t even demanding a full refund—a partial refund, credit, or any kind of accommodation would have shown basic humanity. Instead, I was told nothing could be done. No help, no flexibility, and not even a simple message of sympathy. The response felt cold and dismissive despite the circumstances. This experience was extremely upsetting. When someone explains that a parent has just passed away, the least a company can do is show some empathy. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. If I could give this place zero stars—or even negative stars—I absolutely would. Because of how this was handled, I strongly advise people to think twice before booking here or using Expedia, especially if there’s any chance plans may change due to real-life emergencies. I am still calling on both the hotel and Expedia to rectify this situation and provide a refund, and until this is resolved I will continue sharing my experience so others are aware

The shuttle trip to the hotel was not great. The van was in poor shape (dirty, broken seat belts, etc.) The driver was not careful (threw bags, closed the door on a passenger’s leg, talked on his handheld phone while driving, tailgated, sped). The trip back to the airport was considerably better.
