We only had 2 nights here as a short break in London to see family and visit a show. The hotel is excellently positioned, very close to Bond Street underground which links directly to/from Heathrow airport without any change. There are any amount of good local eateries and small shops as well as all the attractions of Oxford St. and Regent St. nearby. Its an easy commute to the show and we always felt safe. Staff were corteous and helpful and we will definitely be back.

After a brief phone call pre arrival I was granted an early check In from the front desk manager, Then on arrival I was told we had been upgraded to a suite, at this point all was going great however looking at the pictures from my booking my original room looked far more modern than the “tired suite” that was given, after a delayed train journey we just went with it and then headed into the city to the theatre, When I woke up the next Morning the hotel had took a random payment for hundreds of pounds out of my bank (unauthorised and still unexplained) so I went to speak to the receptionist. His response was outrageous , he told me the manager would be in Monday and “it was not his problem” I remained calm but explained he cannot say this to which he replied “I didn’t say that” (very strange) he was clearly agitated and I later found out his shift had ran over and he was tired and irritable, the baggage Concierge “Kenny” (an absolute gem and credit to the hotel) told me “he’s a good lad Mr kirk however he shouldn’t still be here, maybe hear him out and let him apologise”, however at this point another receptionist “Micheala” had started work, I proceeded to explain the situation and she apologised profusely and began to look into the problem, during this time my original “contact” attempted to speak to me and offer apologies, I explained that he had offended me immensely rude staff 50th treat spoiled Keep you 20% refund it’s an insult

Shout out to Michaela (italien lady at reception) - she’s was extremely friendly and great to converse with. Excellent service from the entire staff.
