The hotel is very dated. The carpets are dirty and the windows in the rooms dont open. We faced a brick wall and it was dark and dusty with zero fresh air. The lobby decor was very unattractive but the location, staff and breakfast was good.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-appointed, plus it’s a decent size for London. The hotel is in a good location; 35 minutes walk from Paddington Station and 45 or so minutes to Buckingham Palace.

Lovely hotel. Just a shame the air conditioning did not work properly for the 1st two nights we were there so it was very hot in the room. We were provided with 2 small units which were helpful. Otherwise the hotel was excellent and in a great location.

This location is fantastic! It’s just a 7-minute walk to Bond Street tube station. Also, it is incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the attractions around central London.

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are all wonderful and friendly and helpful. Everyone from the doormen to reception, restaurant staff, right through to the staff who cleaned our rooms were all so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely with an excellent selection and opportunity to order an omelette if you wished. Our room was nice, very clean and a good size. Staff turned down your room in the evening. Only removed one star because in places the hotel needs a little bit of refurbishment. But we had a truly wonderful stay. Highly recommended.
