交通の便は非常に良いです

地下鉄セントラル線ボンドストリート駅が近く、周りに手頃なレストランが豊富です。コンシェルジュの方がとても親切でした。

きれいな街並み、豊富な店舗で最高のロケーション。 今回は６年ぶりの利用。６年前はもっとスタッフが親密な雰囲気でしたが、この時と比較すると価格が跳ね上がりすべてが”商業的”になったと感じました。やむを得ないですね。

ヒースロー空港からエリザベスラインで一本で行け、駅からも遠くないのでとても便利です 今回の部屋は狭かったがコスパ的には悪くないです 浴槽が付いているのがありがたい 海外には珍しくスリッパもついていました エレベーターが不調だったのが難点（早く治してね） まわりにカフェ、レストラン、パブ、ショップもたくさんあり食事と買い物には困りません

場所が便利です。 対応も親切で気持ちよく滞在できました。

大変良い立地であり、観光目的地に行くにも徒歩や地下鉄で簡単に行けましたし、レストランなども多く、近くに丸亀うどんの店があって胃を休めることもでき、快適な宿泊でした。若干高額でしたが、今の時期円安の影響で致し方ないか。設備トラブル等もありましたが、朝コメントすると、夜戻ったら、解決されていました。

素晴らしいホテルです ヒースロー空港から乗り換え無しで行けます 大英博物館、ハイドパーク、ウエストエンドなど徒歩圏内に観光名所が多数 クラシカルな雰囲気と部屋にバスタブがあるのもgood!

Helpful staff

After a brief phone call pre arrival I was granted an early check In from the front desk manager, Then on arrival I was told we had been upgraded to a suite, at this point all was going great however looking at the pictures from my booking my original room looked far more modern than the “tired suite” that was given, after a delayed train journey we just went with it and then headed into the city to the theatre, When I woke up the next Morning the hotel had took a random payment for hundreds of pounds out of my bank (unauthorised and still unexplained) so I went to speak to the receptionist. His response was outrageous , he told me the manager would be in Monday and “it was not his problem” I remained calm but explained he cannot say this to which he replied “I didn’t say that” (very strange) he was clearly agitated and I later found out his shift had ran over and he was tired and irritable, the baggage Concierge “Kenny” (an absolute gem and credit to the hotel) told me “he’s a good lad Mr kirk however he shouldn’t still be here, maybe hear him out and let him apologise”, however at this point another receptionist “Micheala” had started work, I proceeded to explain the situation and she apologised profusely and began to look into the problem, during this time my original “contact” attempted to speak to me and offer apologies, I explained that he had offended me immensely rude staff 50th treat spoiled Keep you 20% refund it’s an insult

This hotel was great and prime location. The restaurant located within was excellent and the staff was super nice. Shout out to Michaela (italien lady at reception) - she’s was extremely friendly and great to converse with. Excellent service from the entire staff. This is my new go-to hotel when coming to London for business.

The room was great and staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious- we couldn't fault anything.

God service, hyggelige ansatte. God frokost, men middels/svak middag i restauranten. Flott bar med stort utvalg.

The staff were amazing but the hotel is very old. The windows are single glazed and cold air is comming in and the room is like a freezer. Also the toilets have hard water.

Polite and accommodating staff. Great English breakfast. Awesome location! Will be back
