From the first time my foot step the Santika Pandegiling I feel the warm welcome from the staff. The receptionist voice intonation was so perfect so that make me feel like I am welcoming by them, if I am not mistaken her name was Ellen. Then again I enter room and I was surprise when I saw a welcome cake and welcome letter with my name mentioned in the table, small touch but meaningful. The breakfast was so delicious. Everything was so amazing here. For sure I will be coming back here

POP! Hotel Diponegoro Surabaya

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!

The room is amazing! The living room is huge. Family friendly. All rooms have kitchen. Only cons is that the hotel do not provide iron and iron board to use. They only do pressing service 3 pieces for Rp40,000.

BATIQA Hotel Darmo - Surabaya

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.
