Love everything, staffs are so nice, foods & pool everything is good. Would love to comeback abd try new type of room

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! Staying at Shangri-La Hotel for two nights was a great experience. There are luxurious amenities, comfortable bedding, and excellent service from the hotel staff. This hotel may have a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, as well as a fitness center and super wide swimming pool to have fun and unwind with kids & family.

Upon checking into this hotel, I have sky-high expectation for both the service and the room. I have passed this hotel several times and really curious on how this well-known hotel doing on their services. I booked a night just to have a good time together with my partner and enjoying our weekend there. Upon arrival, We're greeted with a very warm welcome and they were already offer to brought our belongings, even when it's not really that much stuff. They gave us a very nice welcome drink and the receptionist, Ms. Jesslyn, treated is very well during check-in. Our requests were all fulfilled and really appreciate their attention on the small details. Then when we arrived at the room. We were stunned. It was a neatly oriental-decorated spacious room with tons of cool stuffs, one of the example was the speaker inside our bathroom. Which really gave us an awesome experience on watching movies while indulge in the bath tub. The bed was comfy and the pillows were outstanding. Definitely ranked among our top 5 hotel with the best bed ever! The hotel's facilities are considered complete for the 5-star hotel. It has a very spacious and proper gym court complete with saunas, massage and spa, and also the swimming pool, although the swimming pool is not really that big. They also noticeably fast on our in-room requests. I don't feel any delay as they send our request immediately and they happily gave what we wanted even when it was late in the night. The breakfast also exceptional! They have tons of choices in pastry (I love pastries) and the varieties of cuisines as well. The servers were also very helpful and fulfill all our requested stuffs, even when the restaurant is very packed. Overall, the hotel is really the best choice for whoever wanted to have an awesome experience on staycation in the oriental-themed hotel with nice services! The room was clean and near to bni city Airport Train. Got upgraded to the Junior Suite with large windows overlooking Thamrin road

Smart Hotel Thamrin is nice small hotel, very close to Sudirman Business District Centre, just about 2km away. The hotel is clean, cheap, and with restaurant of American style.

Suitable for those who likes shopping since amaris thamrin city is just floors below..lots of eateries nearby and convenient to go everywhere.

Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm
