It was very nice experience staying there. Pak Rudy is a superb host. He picked up at the airport in the evening, very nice ride. His unit is modern, complete (kitchen, lounge, bed room), very neat, very clean, well maintained, almost everything in the unit looks brand new. Will definitely come back when we get chance to visit west Surabaya. Thanks.

Was about stay for 5 days, check out on the second day due to too noisy and have rat sounds in the ceilings. Regarding the room cleanliness it is absolutely sucks, hair everywhere and ants. Not recommended don't trust the pictures

The accommodations do provide us with a very spacious bed enough for 4 people, a TV that does have a limited channel but is still entertaining, and a cupboard that is pretty big to store some of our things. They also provide a parking lot. But, no breakfast is provided. The only complaint I felt during my stay in the bathroom smells bad when I want to use it for the first time. I think they need to improve their maintenance on the facility because I see the bidet spray is not working at all, and the bidet itself needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, they also need to improve their cleanliness. The bedsheet is also stained pretty badly. Overall, I guess this is still a very nice place to stay for the short term, considering they give a pretty reasonable price.
