Hotels near CSCEC SITE OFFICE, TWIN PINES PROJECT

Had to wait and queue for a long time to get the key to the room. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and got the key to the room at 6.00 pm. Bad service.

Second time staying here, strategic location and my kids love the decor and playground. Too bad in my first night on March 25 (family room 6335 if not mistaken), someone was ring the door bell few times in seconds at 11 pm when my kids were about to sleep. My husband opened the door in rush as we thought there were emergency situations. When he opened the door, we met one reception guy (or maybe the manager on duty, as I saw him when i checked in) in front of the door. He said that he just checking if all of us in the room are OK. We don't understand what happened. If he just want to check us, he can just press the bell one time and waiting politely until we open the door. If we don't open the door then he can try press the bells few times. Hope you can revisit your procedure.

Ants in the bed, check for ants before you sleep.

Staff friendly, they even escort you when you ask the way to certain location. Spacious room and no bad experience at all.

Staff was very abrupt on check out. The room was okay, close to food restaurants. It's a 20-minute drive to Star World at Genting Highlands.

The air is very cool. The surrounding scenery is very beautiful. We really like it.

The staff was kind, friendly, soft-spoken just like an angel. Their names are Nadia and Matthew. The hotel room is big, clean, comfy and smells good. Worth it for the money.
