The bathroom gutter smell was too much.

High priced over crowded mall. Very poor quality room with terrible bathroom, noisy AC. Poor housekeeping service. As a whole should be rated 3 star maximum. Definitely over priced. Just the location is good for Haram goer.

The only reason to pick this hotel is its convenient location. I saw the rating was 7.2, but I took my chances. If they continue like this, they will go below 5.0. The first service at the reception was bad. I realized I did not get the room I booked. The bathroom is not what you expect for the price you're charged per night. Poor patchwork, doors rotting, and the shower curtain is so old. Then comes breakfast. Food quality is not standard; I expected better. Some items seem to have been warmed from the refrigerator. They need to work on the overall quality and service.

Our stay at Pullman ZamZam was very stressful and disappointing. We were a family of six with four young children under the age of ten. We booked two rooms, and each room was supposed to have three beds. Before arriving, we contacted the hotel several times to request connecting rooms or at least rooms on the same floor. We explained that we had small children and also a child with special needs. At check in, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. We were given rooms on different floors, and one of the rooms did not even have the correct number of beds. We repeatedly asked for help, but were told nothing could be done. Our booking was prepaid, and we expected to receive what we had reserved. That did not happen. We stayed for four nights and asked every day for a correction. No solution was offered. No one took responsibility. We could not leave our children alone on a different floor. As a result, we all slept in one room, and some family members had to sleep on the floor. It was very uncomfortable and upsetting. This negatively affected what was meant to be a meaningful family trip to Makkah. The booking process was also disappointing, and the issue was never properly resolved. Because of this experience, we would not choose this hotel again

Room felt neglected , no services available .. we booked Kaaba view, but that was not visible in a room..

going in and out is difficult .. public elevators is not a good idea to reach the lobby .. waiting time is longer you miss the prayer

Extremely Disappointing Stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah My recent stay at the 5-star Pullman ZamZam was extremely disappointing and far below expectations for a hotel of this standard. The check-in process was chaotic and delayed, with reception staff using WhatsApp messages to arrange rooms instead of a proper hotel system. No one explained why it was taking so long, and it was clear the team needed better training on hotel operations and guest handling. The room was in a rundown condition, with old furniture, a poorly maintained bathroom, and no view as advertised, which felt misleading. The lift system was another nightmare — since the hotel is on P11 and shares the building with a public food court on P3 and P4, everyone (including non-guests) uses the same lifts. This caused 20–30 minute delays just to go up or down, which is unacceptable for a 5-star property. The only redeeming part of my stay was the housekeeping team, who were polite, professional, and truly delivered 5-star service. Their friendliness and efficiency stood out amidst an otherwise poor experience. Overall, I strongly suggest management address the check-in process, staff training, lift congestion, and room maintenance, as the current standards do not reflect the Pullman brand or a true 5-star experience.

Spacious room and clean

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights with 3 twin beds in each room City View. The rooms and bathrooms need a real upgrade. For the half price, their Madina one has the upgraded and very spacious and nicely decorated rooms. If it was not for the location that you get access to haram right from your hotel, there is no fancy thing about it for the price they charge.

This is no value for money place. stayed their for 2 nights but paid a lot. Toilets and other parts of the room need serious upgrade. As promised Haram view was not a full view but a partial side view.

Lift service is terrible, hotel needs updating, rooms are not very clean, floor was sticky. Had to ask them to mop.
