Very close to the Grand Mosque. The food court area has plenty of options. I think I'll stay here again with the kids if I perform Umrah again. Very comfortable, clean, and relaxing... :)

Location inside Zamzam Tower, excellent place, near to Masjidil Haram, a lot of food stalls at the Zamzam Tower, all you need in one place.

Stayed in room 1426 and gotta shoutout to Mrs. Shahad at the reception – she was super helpful and welcoming! And Mr. Zakir from housekeeping did an awesome job keeping everything spotless. They both were super helpful and just the sweetest. Thanks so much! 😉

Initially room was provided with two single beds for the family of 5 people which was definitely not suitable, we complained to the management and they changed room with 4 single beds. Staff was very cooperative, breakfast was good and nearby shops in the mall were convenient.

Me and my friend had a great time. The whole place is lovely, The atmosphere was great. The rooms very excellent. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We also had breakfast and there was good variety of food to cater for all groups.
