My stay at Pullman Zamzam Makkah was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism throughout my stay. The reception team was especially friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful focus on Arabian cuisine that I truly loved. There was a great variety offered each day, making every meal enjoyable and satisfying. The hotel’s location at the Clock Tower made the experience even more special, with its convenience and close proximity to the Haram adding so much ease and comfort to my journey. Every detail of my stay was memorable, and I truly enjoyed each and every moment. Alhamdulillah for such a beautiful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah 🤍✨

Old and very Dungee looking rooms

In my personal view the only good thing about this hotel is the location, this hotel is clearly dated and has not been fully upgraded over time. check-in could have been better, as I have now found out the hotel has charged me twice and currently having to dispute to get a refund. the hotel washrooms are not well maintained and during my stay the main ones in the lobby were out of action. it is a challenge to get in and out the hotel to Al Haram due to the numbers of people in the shopping centre also using the hotel. in my view the quality of the hotel, the service and stay was a 3 star experience to me, I did not feel anything special or staff going above and beyond to provided satisfaction to its guests.

I’m really disappointed at the hotel because they throw my husband in the street with the homeless because my husband came down to the reception is sick FTD dementia and he doesn’t talk instead they keep him and verify his identity and keep him in a safe area they throw him out so their hotel looks good my husband was lost for 5 hours and they refused to call 911 they told me you call but when I did they told me I have to call from a local number so any way because of that my husband was sick because he was in the street under the bridge very dusty and dirty by the Trust I have to take him to the doctor he has bronchitis it tern in to asthma so I rely had hard time by my salve and my twin boys in place where I don’t know no one I almost had a heart attack my salve because it was to much so really want you as a third party I trusted you you have to fight for my right

The hotel nailed it this ramadhan. Whoever suggested to start sahoor at 11pm was a genius move. It created a lot of ease and I would definitely definitely stay here again. Also to mention Shahad at the reception. She was the exact opposite of a grumpy manager I initially met. Very welcoming and bright, she is a symbol of what the hotel stands for. The room was comforting and I can't complain about my experience. More than expected.

The front staff was not helpful at all. They keep saying check in at 4pm even though yours indicates 2pm. We had to approach the DM Mr Badr and Mr Mustafa for help who got us checked in within 20mins. Thankful for their help and they should be appreciated for their service
