그랜드 모스크와 아주 가까워요. 푸드코트에는 다양한 메뉴가 있어요. 움라를 다시 한다면 아이들과 함께 다시 묵을 것 같아요. 아주 편안하고 깨끗해서 마음이 편안해졌어요... :)

잠잠 타워 내부에 위치해 있어 훌륭한 장소이며, 모스크 하람과 가깝고, 잠잠 타워에는 음식 노점이 많아서 필요한 모든 것을 한곳에서 구입할 수 있습니다.

1426호실에 머물렀는데 리셉션에 계신 샤하드 부인께 감사의 말씀을 전하고 싶습니다. 정말 친절하고 환영해 주셨습니다! 그리고 하우스키핑을 맡은 자키르 씨는 모든 것을 깨끗하게 유지하는 훌륭한 일을 해냈습니다. 두 분 모두 정말 친절했고 정말 다정했습니다. 정말 감사합니다! 😉.

Well maintained. Good vibes. Breakfast buffet was amazinggggg. Housekeeping was okay. Only thing was check in queue was more than an hour.

We had issues with our key 4 times it would stop working everytime we would come back to the room. We had to go down to the reception at 2am, wait for someone to come so we can get back into our room after finisning our Umrah. Our luggage was an hour late arriving into our room which delayed our plans. We thought booking Pullman Zam Zam would give us peace of mind since we had such short stay, instead everytime we got back to the hotel we had to run back down to reception to fix the key! The hotel staff did apologise and said they'd makeup for it ... they didnt ... the most terrible stay in Makkah of my life.

It’s closer to Haram which is a huge plus point, but the rooms aren’t very clean. And the shower area didn’t have a door or was designed in a way to make the entire washroom fill up with puddle of water. If you’re looking for closer access then this is good.

Stayed for 4 days but didn’t have a pleasant experience. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (Age 17 & 11). They provided us only 3 single beds and crib for my 11 year old daughter. I asked the staff many times but they didn’t help us. So not a good experience also the room was very smelly.

The staff were incredibly helpful! We arrived hours before our check in time due to flight changes, the gentleman at the reception made us feel welcome and put us in a temporary room until our rooms were ready at no extra cost!

Initially room was provided with two single beds for the family of 5 people which was definitely not suitable, we complained to the management and they changed room with 4 single beds. Staff was very cooperative, breakfast was good and nearby shops in the mall were convenient.

The best thing about the hotel was it’s right next to the Haram and the worst thing was that they don’t allow the cars to come to pick you up at the drop off area almost cost me my flight trying to get my car in to do the luggage load up

My check in time was 2pm , I was there at 2:15pm. I had to beg to get in at 4pm because they still had not prepared the room. That should not be an issue when I book a 5 star hotel. All of my plans in Mecca that day had to be changed due to their two hour delay. No apologies or sympathy from front desk. Looks like it’s very normal for them. Room service was alright, but the employees at the front desk are not experienced or professional.
