Always a regular when I'm in Bandung, the location is strategic, all the staff are friendly and responsive, the food menu is varied and delicious, especially the toddler playground makes it even more comfortable.

Very helpful, as I had a headache last night, and the staff found me some medication. They were very responsive when there were any issues. Please maintain your responsiveness and friendliness to customers.

Very satisfied, will come back to stay here again for the next opportunity.

The hotel is nice and clean. I like the room. I stayed here for 2 days and it was very comfortable. The response was fast when I asked for this and that. It's close so I don't waste money on travel, I want to go culinary in Braga or Buimas, it's not far. Thank you, Serela, next holiday in Bandung, I will come back here again.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with quality facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, playground, minigolf, etc. The staff are very friendly. Absolutely the best! 👍

We stayed there for our child's graduation ceremony, and the location is very close to campus. What a surprise: there's an iron and ironing board in each room... yay! No more wrinkled headscarves before the ceremony. Simple yet stylish, it's a real help.

Overall, The Luxton hotel was a great place to stay. It's located at the center of the city, has spacious rooms, delicious and lots of variety of meals for breakfast. Even though the parking lot is limited, the staff was very helpful. They assisted us to park in the other hotel building which is connected with the main building. Thank you!

Friendly staff, very fast service, clean rooms, clean and safe environment. The view from the room is really good, mountain view and lights, cold AC, all equipment functions normally, thanks.
