The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the place is quite okay, the bed and bathroom are comfortable, the water heater works well, the TV also works well, security is also okay.

Upon arrival at the guesthouse, the room was spacious enough for our family (2 children). The manager was very friendly. Sugar, tea, and hot water were always refilled every morning. Overall, the accommodation was pleasant, relaxing, and close to Lembang town square and other tourist attractions in Lembang. Overall, I didn't regret staying there. Next time I go to Bandung, I must stay here again.

I left my power bank in the room, but the staff confirmed it and sent it back to the address and it was received in good condition. OUTSTANDING. If the maximum hotel rating was 5 stars, I would give Sapulidi Resort 6 or 7 stars.
