El hotel a pesar de no ser nuevo esta bien mantenido, limpio y piezas/ baños muy cómodos. Lo único malo es que estuvimos en el último piso (7) y había ruido desde el piso superior (piscina) desde las 7 am.
Esta muy bien ubicado para poder salir a caminar

A beautifully appointed property right on the beach in the center of all the action. Easy strolls to great restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar offers great drinks, music and food 10 stars!

Thanks! All good, but my wife was mad at me because I had ice-cream after dinner and not her. But the hôtel was good, room was big enough we didn’t have to talk for all the night. The light to Read is too strong so again, when i want to Read and she wanted to sleep, she was mad. Bed is soft so be aware. Again. Wife was mad when i moved during the night.
Thanks for hôtel service and car service. Very professional.

We just stayed at the Pullman for 4 nights and had a wonderful visit! From the minute we arrived, we were welcomed by the outstanding front desk/lobby staff. They assisted with our parking to make our check-in seamless. They were also helpful in getting our two rooms close together which we appreciated very much. The bar, restaurant and housekeeping staff were exceptional. A special thank you to Camila and Lucas for taking the time to help us locate a store with local handcrafts, and their assistance to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a perfect location and our rooms had a wonderful view of the ocean. The room/bathrooms were so comfortable and perfectly outfitted! All around a great visit!

We loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was well-equipped, comfortable and had a sea view. It was conveniently located at the oceanfront and we were able to walk to many restaurants, shops and sites in Vina del Mar. We used it as a base so we could day-trip to other nearby areas, such as Valparaiso, Cachagua and Zapallar.
