The property is wonderful. Clean and bright throughout, including my room. The roof top bar and pool was really fun. Every single staff member was cheerful and friendly. We had an Uber driver problem, and staff came outside to translate and help. The local area is lovely with many choices for food and drink, picture perfect beaches. A great trip!

Somewhat beach view, what I do not like is hotel showers with partial glass partitions as the water always goes over the shower area floor. Front desk was always wonderful

I have stayed here more then 15 times, but this is the first time things weren't perfect. The breakfast is awesome the location is great. This time they were slow to clean the room (after 4pm) and they didn't sweep the floor or take away dirty cups. Normally the clean is spotless.

This was the 4th trip in a row to this hotel where they have no hot water. (And probably our 10th stay overall)
It's winter in Chile, so this makes it even worse.
Unfortunately we will have to seek other accommodation for our trips there.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just seconds away from Acapulco Beach, where there are no warnings not to swim and the sea is relatively calm. Sadly for me, the water is much too cold to swim in Vina del Mar.
I feel bad not giving 5 stars but in one of the friendliest countries I have ever visited, this hotel stood out as the one I visited which felt very impersonal. There was no welcome at the door when I arrived, and save for the man who checked me out who was incredibly friendly and talkative, you were barely even acknowledged by anyone here.
Rooms are very nice but there are no coffee making facilities and you only get free water on your first night, again unlike the other hotels I visited on my trip.
There was one day we were told we would have no hot water from 10am to 7pm, so I avoided going to the beach that day, and another where WiFi and TV were turned off after 10pm, all without compensation. Not what you'd expect from a higher end hotel.

This hotel is fantastic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, is located near to the beach and close to a variety of restaurants, the breakfast also is very complete, and the pool and view from the rooftop was perfect for our family trip.
