The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check in. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, the water is flowing smoothly, the kitchen is okay and functions well, the AC is on until it's cold, the refrigerator is working well, the living room is nice, the wifi is very smooth and helps me finish my assignments, the TV plug is lacking so I don't know its condition yet, the carport is good, the indoor and outdoor lighting is very good, the faucet and car wash hose are also good, basically I am guaranteed to be satisfied staying here. The important thing is that I will come back again next time. Okay. Enjoy the facilities at emerald k8.

Wow, the definition of going to Batu is never writing a review on the app. But this one, thank you, sir and madam. The staff are friendly and nice. The accommodation is very clean, even though it's not visible from the alley, it turns out it's worth it. The bed and bathroom are okay and clean, and even asking for breakfast is delicious 🫶🏼

First time staying here for me? Of course not, this is the second time for me to visit this comfortable inn, because previously in 2019 the first time I stayed here was very comfortable and the staff was friendly, the second visit was still just as comfortable, the room was renovated, and the staff and owner were very friendly and humble, no regrets, it was affordable and very comfortable and very close to tourist attractions, thanks Cemara homestay, greetings from us from Balikpapan 🙏
