I've stayed here twice in one week. My kids love the heated pool. The facilities for both kids and adults are great. After swimming, we enjoyed playing pool together. The food is 5-star standard. The food at Infinite is also great. I also got a room upgrade yesterday. The mountain view means you can watch the sunrise too. It's also close to Jatim Park. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting Batu. Highly recommended for family trips.

Close to the city center, kids love the waterpark, a complete package for a family vacation.

The location is excellent, with views of Mount Arjuno and Panderman. The facilities are also quite extensive, including a swimming pool, playground, and gym. The gym equipment is in good working order.

Super comfy glamping in the city. I really enjoyed staying here because it had a glamping vibe but easy access. The rooms are super comfortable, there's a swimming pool, and the atmosphere is great.

A hotel that holds a special nostalgia for me. The first time I came to Kusuma Agrowisata was probably around 1998/1999, when I was still a baby. My family brought me here at the time, and I still have some of the souvenir photos. Then, when I was studying at Brawijaya University in Malang, around 2015, my department happened to hold an event at this hotel for about a week. So, during that week, I spent quite a lot of time at Kusuma Agrowisata. This October 2026, I deliberately returned and chose to stay here as a way of reminiscing. And it turns out I still really like the atmosphere and surroundings of the hotel. Although this hotel is quite old, I think it is still very well maintained and well-maintained. In fact, the atmosphere and surroundings that have existed since then are one of the main attractions for me. It feels great to be able to return to a place that holds so many memories from childhood to college. I hope the Kusuma Agrowisata Resort & Convention Hotel will always be well-maintained and maintain its current atmosphere. If I ever return to Batu City, I will definitely want to stay here again. ❤️

The hotel staff are very friendly, the service is good, and the food is delicious. Buy tickets from the hotel marketing team, which will be valid for two days. The first day is for exploring the animals and the drive-thru park, while the second day is for VR and the Sweet Memories gallery. If you're going to the drive-thru park, it's better to take the car provided by Jatim Park instead of bringing your own car, as it includes a driver and explanations about the animals.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, small playground, rooftop swimming pool, nice and clean rooms, complete facilities, spacious parking, complete and delicious breakfast.

The hotel room was quite large (deluxe type), and the staff was responsive and friendly. We had an amazing breakfast with a beautiful view of Mount Arjuna. If you bring a child under 5, it's still free, and the breakfast add-on is also inexpensive. It's walking distance to the Museum Angkut. Superb!

This is my second time staying here. I always take the junior suite because I'm with my family (we use the elevator). The room is clean (cleaned daily). Free cold drinks, bottled water refills, and a gallon water dispenser in front of the room. The location is close to everything. The staff is friendly 👍🏻
