I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel facilities were complete, especially for the kids, with lots of activities. The food was delicious and varied for breakfast. I happened to be with Ms. Tania when I checked in and out, and she was incredibly friendly. All the staff at Trans are friendly. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast menu is very varied. The kids loved the swimming pool the most. Overall, I have no regrets staying here.

I stayed for two nights on a weekday and the hotel was fully booked, but check-in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The location is convenient in the Braga area, just a short walk to cafes and aesthetic spots. The food is delicious, though not quite as varied as a 4-star hotel. The room was comfortable, and there were no shortcomings in terms of cleanliness, view, amenities, etc., everything was great. I would definitely return here if I ever visit Bandung.
