A truly comfortable, kids-friendly hotel. There are tons of activities inside the hotel, especially the kids' activities. The staff is amazing, super friendly from check-in, escort to the restaurant area, animal feeding, and dance shows. Wow, my family and I will definitely come back here again. The food is delicious, even my picky eater can eat a lot at breakfast. Good job, love it 🥰💯

Staying here was truly an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly, the service was excellent, the breakfast was varied and quite tasty, and the atmosphere was comfortable.
Plus, there's live music at night in the cafe, and you can request songs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Batu. 👍

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.

I really liked it. When I stayed there was fog in the afternoon, the view was amazing, Mount Arjuna, Selecta, Batu City, and even Paralayang Hill were all visible. Mount Panderman was visible on the other side of the hotel. It's a perfect place for healing with a very pocket-friendly budget. You can stroll around the area in the quiet and comfortable atmosphere in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was quite good, the water heater worked well, and even without air conditioning, the air around Panderman View was very cool.

In my experience staying at 5-star hotels, Tugu Malang is probably one of the best. The entire building's architecture, ornaments, furniture, paintings, and statues create a sense of comfort that's hard to describe.
The restaurant is also top-notch, allowing you to choose any combination of dishes from the menu, while still offering a mini-portion buffet. This is certainly good for the environment and reduces food waste without sacrificing guest satisfaction.
The hospitality and service from the entire staff are also excellent.
