The hotel is small, the parking is cramped, but everything is made up for by the super duper friendly security 👏🏻 and the FO staff who are also very friendly. The room is small but very clean, even under the bed is clean. The bathroom is clean and dry, the hot water is great. The AC is great, the bed is soft, I will come back here again.

All the hotel staff are friendly, 3 nights stay every day the room was cleaned, amenities and bottled water were always provided, sheets and towels could be changed every day... The room is spacious, the AC is cold, there is hot water too, the TV has many channels, at night behind the hotel there are lots of culinary places and it is close to everywhere,... Solitude is a hidden gem! If you’re looking for a tranquil and serene place to spend your holiday, this is the place. It’s calm, peaceful, and untroubled by the outside world. You can look at the milky way so close just before dawn and see some “friendly friends from the forest” while chilling out in the tub in the morning. Hiking uphill alongside the woods was a big plus, happy to stay and definitely will recommend to others.

Stayed for the second time and still impressed with the quality and consistency of service, the location is easy to reach, next to Alfamart, room 106 is quite quiet with a mountain view (bonus Alfamart office and warehouse), the room and hotel area are clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye, all the staff we met were very friendly and communicative, all the room facilities function well, breakfast is numero uno in terms of variety and taste, overall this hotel will probably always appear as the first option if there is a need to stay in Bandung, and I will happily recommend it to friends, thank you.
