This hotel is the best, with a myriad of facilities like a mini zoo, game room, etc., which is perfect for children. The food is very varied, from Indonesian, Western, Middle Eastern, and Japanese, they have it all. This is a one-stop hotel, I don't think even if you just stay at the hotel, the kids won't get bored. If I go to Bandung again, I will probably come here again.

1st, this by far is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The price is reasonable. The room is big and most importantly, squeaking clean!! Sehr sauber! Bersihnya top notch. Amazing hotel, we stayed 1 night, originally in the 11th floor room then got a free upgrade to the 12th floor suite room, the room was very clean, comfortable, and soundproof, with a city view, all the room and bathroom facilities were functioning normally, all the staff we met were very friendly and communicative, for breakfast, the variety and taste were numero uno, the car parking area (basement) was safe and spacious, bonus access to the direct road to BIP mall so that hotel visitors who want to shop or just walk around will be very easy, overall we felt very satisfied staying here, want to stay here again another time if there is a chance, and will be happy to recommend to friends, thank you.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
