Second stay at fave since I really enjoyed my first stay there. Located in the heart of Paskal hypersquare, I just need to walk around for culinary experience. Tahu priangan is next door, the mal is just in front of the hotel. Water dispenser near to the lift. They even gave me connecting room when my friend asked so I don't have to stay alone in my room. Will absolutely back stay there again

The location is strategic, close to the train station, the price is ok, the hotel is clean, the hotel service is friendly, all special requests are fulfilled.

This is one of those truly kid-friendly hotels. Besides the indoor playground and plenty of dolls, there's also cutlery for kids in the dining room. Very inspiring 👍

I spent two nights at Situmang Villa and had a great time. We spent the chilly night with firewood and had a hotplate BBQ for dinner. The staff was very accommodating. Overall, will return again when there is a chance.

Strategic location for our driver to pick up and easy access to a mini-mart for any sudden daily necessity. Competitive budget price while still being decently comfortable and clean. The service was great, the hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I left something behind, and the hotel confirmed it. The breakfast menu was varied, and they also provided a welcome drink. The swimming pool was warm, so overall, it was good.

All the staff here are very friendly, even though my husband and I stayed here using public transportation, did not bring a private vehicle (motorcycle/car) but the staff did not discriminate, all were served in a friendly manner, especially the restaurant staff who was on duty for f&b service today did a very good job, the food was finished (chicken and eggs) but he informed me without me asking beforehand that he would give the chicken & eggs directly to my table, I really do not regret choosing this hotel for my husband & I honeymoon❤️🫶🏻 Will be a regular here, please maintain everything, service, cleanliness etc.

Everything was great. The staff were very kind and diligent. From the receptionist to the guard, everyone was nice. I would stay here again. The room was very spacious. Requests for extra towels were free of charge, and laundry service was also available at affordable prices. Everything was good! Please, please, try this hotel!
