The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed and would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Irma who was very helpful. When I arrived at the hotel, it was raining heavily and I was carrying my toddler out of the online taxi. When I arrived at the lobby, Mrs. Irma immediately carried my child into the hotel to protect him from the rain and made sure he was okay and not wet from the rain. Even when I checked out, my child asked to be carried by her as a farewell. Apparently, my child felt comfortable with Mrs. Irma. Even when I got home, my child didn't stop asking about Mrs. Irma. Stay healthy, Mrs. Irma, see you again.

Stayed in Sheraton for my mom's birthday getaway. With the help of Miss Sasha, check-in was smooth and they accommodated our request for a connecting room. The room itself was spacious, cold (which [is] really nice), and with enough amenities. Because we came on weekdays and still on [the] fasting month, the pool [was] quite empty, so we had a blast. We tried the gym too (access with room card) and they had essential gym equipment. Breakfast was marvelous! So many food varieties and all the staff [were] attentive while we ate breakfast. Over all we had [an] excellent stay[ed] at Sheraton Bandung. Thank you so much to all the staff for the hospitality. Hope we can stay again.

Got a super cheap promo price only 200k for 2 nights, got really top room facilities 💗 the room was upgraded, the whole room was fragrant, clean, no dirt or anything, the mattress and pillows were all fragrant and clean, the AC was super cold, the wifi was super fast, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful (there was a moment where the lights went out, and they fixed it right away 💘), they also provided a prayer robe, just ask the receptionist (the prayer robe was clean + fragrant) they gave me a stamp for motorbike parking so it wasn't expensive 🤭🫢 the only minus was that the bathroom door couldn't be locked, but they gave me a buffer so it was OK, and the refrigerator wasn't very cold but it was still OK the minuses weren't visible because there were so many pluses, next time I go to Bandung I will definitely stay here again 🫰 keep up the quality 🤗

Stayed for the second time and still impressed with the quality and consistency of service, the location is easy to reach, next to Alfamart, room 106 is quite quiet with a mountain view (bonus Alfamart office and warehouse), the room and hotel area are clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye, all the staff we met were very friendly and communicative, all the room facilities function well, breakfast is numero uno in terms of variety and taste, overall this hotel will probably always appear as the first option if there is a need to stay in Bandung, and I will happily recommend it to friends, thank you.
