Precious moment to stay here for 2 days with family, the design, location, clean, friendly and fast respond of staffs, delicious foods also while i ordered for room dining. A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

It was our first time to stay at this hotel. First thing first before I book a hotel, I have to double check the reviews from app and Maps (it was good, so I decided to book the room). The results were amazing, the moment when we stepped out of our Grab - the staff was right away came and helped us with the luggage (we got like 30-50kg inside our luggage, so..). The checked in process was smooth & the next day we even able to leave our luggage for couple of hours after checked out. All of the staff were friendly and full of smiles (this is how hospitality industry should be). The room was clean and comfortable, the location? Oh please don’t ask me, it was just perfect for us. I wrote this review with an honest experience from us (as I also working in this industry for the past 10 years over Asia).

First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.

It was my first time staying at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta, and to be honest, I didn’t have high expectations at first—the building looked a bit dated from the outside. But wow, was I in for a surprise! The room turned out to be incredibly cozy, with just the right lighting to make it feel warm and relaxing. The breakfast spread was absolutely superb—my kids couldn’t get enough of it! What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely welcoming and attentive. For an uptown, 5-star hotel in Jakarta, this level of personalized service is a rare gem. I’m definitely coming back!

RussellChester at Sudirman Suites by The London Living
I stayed at Russelchester – The London Living in Sudirman Suites Jakarta. The self check-in process was easy and smooth. The apartment is well-furnished and still looks stylish, but unfortunately, some areas were quite dusty and could really use a vacuum cleaner in the room. The biggest downside was the noise in the bedroom, likely due to the building’s design and its location right next to the main road. It was hard to sleep peacefully at night. As an alternative, sleeping on the couch in the living room was a quieter option. Overall, it’s decent but needs better upkeep.
