My first time staying here, my first impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The location is also strategic, right inside Juanda Airport, so you don't have to worry about missing an early morning flight. Recommended and affordable price, make business trips more enjoyable.... The room is clean, especially the bathroom... The bed is comfortable with two pillows per mattress (I ordered a twin bed), the hotel area and room smell good, the hot water is running, there is a refrigerator, there is a work desk, the AC is cold, the staff are friendly and very helpful, not stingy with soap and shampoo... Great lah.... Near Indomaret Alfamart...

I was staying at this hotel for a business trip. Simply fast check-in and check-out process, the staff are helpful with a smile. My room was ready, very clean, and the AC was on. The lighting just met my expectation (I do not like too bright or too dark). The thing that I loved the most was they provide extra "special-pillows" for bolster. Will be back for sure.

For everything, it can be said to be good. The facilities are really good. Starting from the swimming pool, gym, basketball court, children's playground, everything is really well maintained, the place is indeed on the outskirts of the city but when we need a place to stay around there, this apartment is the right choice. We have no trouble eating because there is a food court with delicious food. There is a small supermarket downstairs. Complete in our opinion. It even crossed our mind to just staycation here. Because we feel comfortable 😄😄

Clean, comfortable, friendly hotel staff, and the security guard was also very nice. He helped us carry our things as soon as we got off. There are lots of food vendors along the road. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
