I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. We really enjoyed the overall vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The property is charming, comfortable, and made our family stay a pleasant experience. The only downside was that our room required us to climb stairs, which was a bit challenging as we were traveling with family and carrying several heavy suitcases. It would be more convenient if guests with larger luggage or elderly family members could be assigned rooms with lift access. Overall, we had a good experience and would gladly stay here again. Next time, we would probably choose a room on a level that is accessible by lift. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
