Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. There are plenty of delicious food options around the hotel. It's also close to Gubeng Station.

My first experience at a Holiday Inn Express was very impressive. From the friendliness of the staff and the strategic location to the city center, I will return to Holiday Inn Express Surabaya for both business and leisure. May Holiday Inn Express Surabaya continue to be a success.

Affordable price, close to everything, plenty of local food. Satisfactory facilities for the price, clean, and friendly staff. This is my second stay at the Orange Hotel.

Worth to stay for its price. The room and bathroom are clean. What's more; there are dispensers, dishes, glasses free for use. Recommended for backpackers.

For those who want to stay near Tunjungan Plaza, I highly recommend this place. It's only 5 minutes to TP, the staff and hotel were very amazing and beautiful ❤️
