Excellent!! I stayed there for 3 days for work. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and the entire hotel was excellent. The staff and security were friendly. Oh, and what I really liked was the free refillable water dispenser (cold and hot) in the hallway (in front of the elevator), so drinking water was safe.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the space was perfectly maintained. I really liked how cozy the room felt.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

I arrived at 8 p.m. with a minor leg injury. The security guard promptly brought me a wheelchair, escorted me to my room, and even suggested moving me to a room near the elevator. The receptionist was also friendly. The food was varied but not overdone, and the taste was quite good. Tongseng was the signature dish, and it was delicious.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya, whether for business or leisure.

Great hotel, I'll be back next time. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. All the staff were friendly. The facilities are complete and it's within walking distance to the city center.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise—not cramped at all. Additionally, the amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient, ensuring that I had everything I needed for my stay. The bathroom amenities were also adequate, contributing to a comfortable experience overall.

The hotel staff was very friendly, definitely a 5-star rating. The bed was very spacious, I loved it. It was still very spacious for two adults and two children, not cramped.

Had an issue with my AC in the room, but the staff offered a room change, and it was a quick response. Very professional.
